The room was clean and location convenient. However, shortly after entering our room and unpacking our stuff, another couple who were being us at reception and were checking in directly after us used their key to gain access to our room while we were in there. Very basic security failure by staff to allow us both to be checked into the same room, we were lucky to still be in there so nothing went missing. And there was no water provided in the room (very standard in a 4 star hotel) which was disappointing.

Great hotel for the price point excellent reception area helpful staff great bar the only problem I found with this hotel was the size of the bed. It was very small. It was 30° on the day of my visit and the air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly it was not loud stayed on the seventh floor looking out to the front of the property and it was very quiet. Would stay again but would ask for an executive room with a bigger bed.

Good Vegan options for breakfast. Room clean with a comfy bed but dreadful smell of foisty/damp. Reception staff friendly but some breakfast restaurant staff could be more friendly.

Great staff, good gym. No complaints! Breakfast was also pretty good.

This hotel is perfect for Derby's nightlife literally a roly poly away from the bars and clubs

Staff were lovely and always very welcoming and friendly but the room was not very nice at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the road noise into the room made it very difficult to sleep. The carpets in the room felt very aged which were quite stained as well as the ironing board being dirty which made me hesitant to use it.

Convenient for Derby city centre bars, music venues and restaurants. Helpful staff, good service and well kept pint from the bar.

Contacted hotel to ask about blue badge parking before arriving to be told they recommend a car park approx 5 minute walk away. On arrival a huge sign saying FREE blue badge parking in their own car park. Extremely unhelpful

Once again the hotel met our needs but yet again there was no onsite parking available. The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel was clean & warm but hairdryer functioned poorly.
