Our stay at Suites Gran Vía 44 was excellent. Keep in mind this is an apartment-style hotel, so it doesn’t offer the full range of services you would typically find in a traditional hotel—but that didn’t take away from the experience. The apartment we stayed in was incredibly spacious, truly much larger than expected. The location is also a major plus—just steps away from the Royal Chapel of Granada and the Granada Cathedral, making it perfect for exploring the city. We decided to take a taxi up to the Alhambra since we knew the walk would involve steep hills, but walking back down to the hotel was very manageable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the room itself—it had three French doors that opened up to a huge private terrace, which we absolutely loved and made great use of during our stay. Overall, a fantastic option if you’re looking for space, location, and a more apartment-style experience in Granada.

Just perfect! Super central, price is great, very well equipped, the reception staff were adorable and helpful. Visited only for 1 night, but will come back. Granada needs time to see everything and this is a perfect starting and finishing point for your day.

I had a wonderful experience at Suites Gran Vía 44. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely perfect — the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of Granada, within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Parking in Granada is not easy and very expensive, don’t come with a car I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Granada. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great pleasure staying at the hotel. The location is very convenient for tourists and quiet during the night. There are convenient stores and great restaurants around it, not to mention stops for public transport. Also, I left a valuable personal item at the hotel, but the staff helped me with shipping it to my next destination, which I truly appreciated and made my time in Spain more memorable.

This hotel is centrally located near the edge of the restricted traffic zone. The main road in front of the hotel prohibits private cars before 10 PM on weekdays. You can park on nearby streets or in the paid parking lot across the road. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it includes a kitchen and a refrigerator. The sofa had some oil stains, likely due to prolonged use. It's about a five-minute walk to the bus stop for the Alhambra. The price is quite reasonable, so overall, it's still worth it.
