The hotel itself was nice, but I was a little disappointed with the service and communication. We arrived around 9 AM and asked about early check-in, and we were willing to pay extra if necessary. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, we understood, but the staff didn’t offer to inform us if a room became available earlier. We had to continue our trip, so we ended up getting ready and showering in the hotel’s public bathroom. Then, after we had already finished getting ready, we were told that we could actually check in around 11 AM. Since we were initially told that check-in was at 3 PM, I wish the staff had informed us about this option earlier. Overall, the hotel was good, but the service could be more proactive and informative.

From the airport, take Euro Fira metro to reach the hotel. You will see the red building and that 's the hotel. 3mnts walk. The breakfast spread its worth it. The room is stylish and comfy size, separated the wet & dry toilet.
