Great hotel, bar area was nice and spacious with comfortable seating. Was able to work from there for a couple of hours without being disturbed. Gym had all the kit you need to do some exercises, including weights, rower, runner, bike machine. Room was a great size and so was the bed, lovely shower. Parking was a bit steep, think I paid £16 for 24 hours.

We only stayed one night, so didn't have too much experience of the hotel, but we were very happy with our room and the facilities for that one night.

Easy check-in and out.Clean room with comfortable bed. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time 😊 Disappointed that the room did not have a fridge but ice could be got from the bar. and it would have been helpful to have had instructions on how to use the A/C and a pad/welcome pack. Great selection/choices for breakfast. Staff were super. Very friendly/polite/happy and could not do enough for you. Good location for centre of Sheffield. Would definately stay again

Check in was very odd the deposit, had to be taken twice and I was confused as to what happened. Also the in-room ordering system appeared to work but didn't so after one hour I phoned room service and then the front desk and no one picked up so I had to go downstairs. They were very nice and placed a new order but I had to wait another 15 minutes - not great when you are tired from a heavy day at work. They did give me a complimentary glass of wine which I appreciated.

The air conditioning in the room was ineffective. I mentioned this to the front office staff and they said that I would get 25% off my bill! I haven’t heard a word from anyone 10 days on!

Lovely room, very clean and well maintained, there were towels and shower products in the room, tea & coffee etc, lovely comfy bed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite & friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly comfortable stay. Fast check-in and out. Spacious, modern clean rooms. Friendly breakfast staff but food very basic, would skip adding breakfast to your stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Good lighting in the rooms and bathroom. Multiple mirrors and sockets. Only downfall was the temp control thermostat stays lit up overnight. Very modern hotel. Great bar, breakfast and dinner! Helpful wait staff. Gym was okay for a hotel gym. Parking on site is separate to booking. Overall a great stay and would come back!

The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless.

Great hotel for an overnight trip. Easy check in with polite and efficient staff. Rooms were very spacious and bathroom spotless and modern. Would recommend. Worth noting it’s not in the centre so it’s a short uber ride in. Also it is right next to the football stadium but no games when we stayed so not an issue. Perfect stay if you were going to a match.

I stayed four nights and was impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially in the restaurant. During my stay there was a large party of bowlers from the British Blind sport organisation, along with carers and dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for the dining room team assisting clients. They were a credit to the hotel.

Stayed a Monday night. Very comfortable room and great size bed. Breakfast was good. Can't fault it. Staff were very friendly, easy walk into town.

Absolutely horrible experience. Forget complimentary water bottles—there wasn’t even a glass available in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told I needed to earn points just to access such basic amenities. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would genuinely prefer staying in a budget hotel over paying premium rates for Hilton. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be choosing Hilton again.
