Ok hotel. I dont think I would stay again though.

I read the reviews prior to arriving and had chalked them up in my mind as just folks who had never stayed in a budget hotel before. Exaggerations. But wow… This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Literal dirt everywhere. The sheets had a hole in them, the baseboards and floors were dirty, and every piece of furniture aside from the bed was stained. The couch was so hideously filthy that I put towels down on it before using it. I also moved the couch a few feet to better see the TV and there was actual garbage under it. 2 empty chip bags, used tissues, and cat food. It was truly stomach turning. I didn’t use the jacuzzi because the jets were dirty. And didn’t use the shower because at this point I was uninterested in touching anything I didn’t have to touch in this room. This room should’ve cost me $75/night tops. I was thrilled at first when I booked for $120/night, given how expensive hotels in the interior are during peak season. But that ended up being a galling rip off. Also: I had to pay a $20 pet fee for my little dog which I assume is to account for any extra cleaning they have to do after pets stay in the room. I find it laughable that I had to pay this considering the room looks to have barely been cleaned in weeks AND featured pet food from one of the past guests. Not only is there nothing my dog could’ve done to make that room worse, but I didn’t really even want him to touch anything in there. Ghastly place.

Older motel in need of updating. The room itself was clean & the air conditioning was a bonus on a very warm night. We really only needed somewhere to sleep & it worked for us.

Alpine motel is a clean place to sleep for a few nights while on a road trip. Amenities are limited.

Parking was difficult, with staff holding or using some of the limited number of spaces. At one point a staff member told me I should use a handicapped spot which is not appropriate.

The location was good and overall it was okay, but there was a noticeable smoke smell in the room.

Last minute looking for hotel room. Some rooms were at other hotel cost a arm and leg and than this one pop up on Hotels.com. Great price and best location, we popped in not expecting too much but good parking to clean outside to friendly reception staff to super clean big room . Very comfortable bed We had great stay , walking distance to food and coffee shop and worry free stay Thanks for making our stay comfortable. See you again

Place is a dump. Not worth what they are charging. Room decor old, smelly carpet. Entire property just poor. Not worth staying here.

TV didn't work, had to call to fix it and the furniture needs maintenance

Was an amazing stay. The jacuzzi suite is a must. That tub is amazing after a long drive. Thanks to the nice lady up front that let us stay in the jacuzzi room as I made a mistake booking on expidia. Our two German shepherds loved it as well. 😊

Needs a deep cleaning

Didn't use either one. The bed was clean.

The hotel is pretty old and need to be renovated. All the noise including when anyone is showering are loud and wake you up during the night. The worse is the aircon which was not working and despite asking to the receptionist Mandeep she was not able to help. Even worse, she wake us up during the night with a call… We will for sure never come back to this hotel!
