Water doesnt drain during shower, moldy shower curtain, no cold water from bathroom faucet, thermostat temps arent labelled, couple outlets dont work, no fan cover, broken dial for fridge temperature, tv needed staff to come figure it out and make it work. Bed was comfortable though and room clean.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Not really the property's fault, but it seemed like a lot of "long-term" tenants live here, most of them smoking or drinking all day and all night outside in front of their rooms ... and ours.

The staff were very nice, and kind. The motel wasnt fancy but looked ok on the outside. But the TV didnt work. The bathroom didn't smell very clean; smelled somewhere between mildew and urine. It was only slight odors, but not freshly cleaned smelling. And one of the face clothes was really really dirty. It was a chocolate brown cloth, not new at all, for sure, but it ran kinda black-brown for a long time and smelled really gross. Might have been why the bathroom had such a weird odor???

Room wasn't cleaned daily, had to ask for clean towels.

The Ac's filter was filled with lint no cold air the fridge was not cold only 1 towel 4 guests the room smelt musky and the best part was the day b4 we were set to arrive they said they may not be able to accommodate us with no compensation but after we complained to hotels.com it was solved .

The property is definitely past its best before date. Room was okay, but there was litter on the stairs and around the rooms outside.

Let us check in early and upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite without us knowing which was truly the highlight of our trip! Great location with a BOGO50 coupon to the restaurant across the street. Overall fasntastic experience

This is always a "I need a night off" stay with the huge jacuzzi.

A non smoking room is really smoking room. Spend a few extra dollars for a better place to stay. The blankets smelt of smoke. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We loved the large room. Also, being able to have our dog was a help. We stayed on our way and back from our vacation. We would stay again.

Power went out when blow dryer and A/C plugged in but staff was not familiar with how to flip breaker. Smelled like old smoking room. 4 people in room with 1 bottle shampoo and couple towels. Needed to go to front desk few times for necessities. Parking stalls meant for small cars. Not ideal for trucks

The rooms smell like cigarettes, it’s dirty and when I had a shower the smoke alarm went on gf while showering. The over powering smell of air freshener to mask the smell is disgusting. Tried to use the air conditioner but it was so loud I couldn’t use it. Weird smell coming out of that as well the hallway I had to walk down is not lit up at all and I was stuck in the back corner of the hotel a little sketchy for a women to be alone walking
