Rooms charging plugs weren’t working, and same in shower just one towel and after check out staff was calling me for laundry bill. Even i didn’t give anything to laundry. After 4 hours they called me back and told me bill was for another room. It’s horrible experience at this hotel

There was a banquet hall below the room which was constantly filled up with guests. Also the music was loud and it was very disturbing. Especially being an international traveller it was extremely inconvenient and we could not rest due to jet lag. Hygiene was another issue here because the bed sheets and pillow were dirty too.

You have to pay for everything at this property including heater, dental kit, slippers, water bottle etc. These items are not included in your booking so please make sure you have all the essentials if you want to book a room at this property which I would never recommend!

NOT GOOD

I would recommend staying in 2* within city than choosing this property. Firstly the location is way outside the city. Secondly the bathrooms are very old perhaps not renovated in last 15-20 years. Only positive was the size of the room. Everything else including room service was a big let down.
