Finding a room for a family of 5 is hard enough but I had high hopes for Diamond Coast. I was highly mistaken once we arrived. We arrived about a hour before check in and I asked the receptionist if our room was ready. She was very rude but gave us a room that was ready. I shouldn’t have taken it. The room fit us fine, but it was dirty and smelled like old wet dog. The carpet was stained and the glasses in the bathroom were dirty and had old toothpaste all over. We were only there for one night so we made do. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

Very good location for travelling in the west

I was in room 151 which was extremely warm despite having a fan going full time. I got no sleep until about 3.30 am when the room finally cooled down.

Lovely area, beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast!! Just our shampoo bottle was empty but quickly replaced

I was given a huuuuuuge corner room with windows along both sides with views of the water and the golf course. I had a couch, dining area and a king size bed. Great toiletries, robe, slippers provided. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The service could be improved. Ordered drinks in the bar which never arrived. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon check-in the staff upgraded our room. We appreciated that! The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The bar staff were friendly and funny. It was an enjoyable stay

Upon arriving the concierge ladies were very friendly & welcoming, our rooms were ready and check-in took less than 5 minutes. The rooms were spacious and clean. We ate in the bar as the restaurant wasn't open early in the week but the bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and there was a nice atmosphere. I wouldn't be a fan of the cocktails probably just stick to the standard drinks. The breakfast was also decent, plenty of options and the staff were very friendly there too.

Everyone was sooooo nice ! We even got an unexpected upgrade .

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Its clean comfortable and everyone is pleasant.

Staff all very helpful and friendly

The room, breakfast and staff were fantastic. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The public swimming pool.is closed and the weather was too cold for a sea dip. I will return, was great

Staff very friendly and courteous, room, bed clean and comfortable and quiet. Probably just an oversight but first time ever staying in the hotel that there was no bottled water in the fridge but no shortage of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk.

Excellent as usual. Smaller room, felt more at home. Staff excellent, buffet breakfast doesn't compare with freshly cooked but good choice and food tasty.

As always, room warm and clean, bed very comfortable. Staff excellent, reception, bar and restaurant. One night stay mid week, good value.
