The front desk staff is not very friendly. I don’t feel comfortable

Staff appeared inconvenienced by guest checking in and not very friendly. I would recommend giving this a miss if possible.

The room had a broken handle in the shower which got stuck anyone on their own would not have got out There was a door stop in the floor right in the middle of the room which I tripped over there was no reason for it to be there and no warning. This room was not checked for safety and we were appalled. The breakfast was not up to the usual standard either with sausages and rolls tasting dry and like yesterdays

This is a fantastic helpful place to stay, Staff are all so friendly. They always make sure I have some gluten free breakfast. Rooms are always lovely and clean,always plenty of parking spaces.

Rooms were clean and fresh and breakfast was very good. What wasn’t so good was that bath towel was damp, either from not being changed or not dried thoroughly. We found the mattress quite hard and sleeping was not helped by the people above us running round at 12:30 pm- assume it was children,

The property could use an upgrade- especially the bathrooms. Rooms were very small. The best part of our stay were the front of house staff who were excellent - they went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. In the mornings - they seemed to be understaffed - the front desk were required to help with the breakfast. The cleaning staff were new (?) and only made beds and picked up towels - did not clean the bathrooms and missed one day completely.

A very clean and quiet hotel. No issues with noise and a lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful and when I asked about food late one evening the guy on reception actually went into the kitchen and put me a pizza on.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. It is close to a miller and carter just across the carpark. There is also a well stocked Asda express close by. The breakfast is a included in the price and is very good with lots of choice.

Staff were very polite, ample parking available, late check in was easy, breakfast nice and hot, bed not very comfortable, could be better.
