Super location, friendly staff. Bakery right underneath so great for breakfast.

The location is quiet and safe place to stay. Its walking distance from a lot of very good restaurants. The room is clean and staff are okay. It would be nice if all the staff can also speak and understand even basic English. With the price per night, they should have a better bed, better pillows, linen, AC in the room. I believed that room is over price with the quality of their room and quality of the beddings and stuff. Proper maintenance of the elevator should be regularly done. Prepare to be stucked in the elevator.

I had spoken to expedia prior to coming (mind you this was my first time in mexico), that a 3rd person might be with us if there was a pull out couch. We were told there was no pull out sofa but if they don’t mind a regular couch then it’s fine. On day two I was forced to leave the hotel and go check into another one because my mother stayed with me one night while she was also visiting Mexico. They wanted me to pay the price I booked 2x. Wow. The hotel was nice and a great price but they were harassing me everytime they saw me and even came to my room and forced us out. I’m in the process of working with my Abogado and letting my card company know that my entire stay was not completed.

Easy to be there, staff was lovely, “suite” was as big as my apt!

The location is great. The property and staff are good and nice. The only issue is that this hotel doesn’t have AC. In the afternoon it was very hot. While the fan provided made it survivable, it was not enough. It cooled off deep in the night/morning. Great for October to April perhaps. Otherwise, book at your own risk.

This place has no air conditioning, and in the middle of the night, someone tried to open my room's door.

The staff ere extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was wonderful - so close to everything. The property is very modern and clean.

Todo excelente, muy buen trato personal, superaron mis espectativas, lo único es que no tiene estacionamiento, es importante para mi, fuera de eso lo recomiendo mucho.
