I reserved 2 Queen suites for myself and one of my employees. I found it disappointing that your team not only gave us 1 queen suite and 1 standard queen room, but they put my junior employee in the suite and me, the individual who completed the booking and paid for the rooms. One would think that the front desk auditor would recognize this when I was checking in. I brought it up and the front desk was going to change room, but at an inconvenience of me repacking and waiting for them to make the changes, I requested the staff make the move while I was in my afternoon meeting and I was told no, my belongings were to be moved by me when they were ready. The reviews I read prior to booking were incorrect regarding the individuals I dealt with at the front desk.
