The hotel is fine. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff were all very helpful. Massages were great. My only criticism would be that it is a noisy hotel. The halls do little to dampen the noise from passers by and running children. Still for the price it was suitable.

The stay was great - facilities and the food choices are excellent. The staff are also very friendly and polite. The only negative for us was that there was a conference going on and the attendees were really loud unfortunately some where staying in the rooms next to us and were really noisy even after midnight!

Residence Balaton Conference hotel is a good hotel close to lake Balaton. During summer vacation period this hotel is mainly visited by familieswith young children. During my stay it offered half-board. Both breakfast and dinner buffet have plenty of options and will kept stocked very well. There were no long queues or empty trays. Drinks came very fast and they carry a hugh selection. Rooms are well sized, clean and modern. They are exactly as pictured. I didn't use their facilities much as I was on a business trip, but I expect them being as pictured as well. The hotel has a private beach at the lake at a very short stroll.

Great location! After strolling along Lake Balaton shore we were given the option of purchasing dinner at the same rate as half-board customers (5,900 HUF, about $18) - excellent meal! We deducted a point for a problem in the shower handle and the lack of AC activation. It seems like in Hungary they start the AC only at 25 degrees C. Overall - We recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel!!! Best service! One of the best buffet dinner ever we had in the hotel, based on HB. I definitely recommend to all my friend and definitely come again!!!!

Beautiful, immaculate hotel with lovely modern decor to throughout. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Gorgeous spa! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is very nice with modern and tasteful decor. The front desk staff spoke English. The spa is very nice with a wide variety of spa services, multiple pools, hot tubs and saunas! It's a 2 block walk to a private beach are with lounge chairs, towels and a bar area. Very convenient to several restaurants.

Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood a couple of blocks from the lake. Not the best spot to access activities on the lake but quiet and easy to find parking. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms well appointed and large for european standards

Very nice refurbished rooms, helpful friendly staff, free and fast wifi. Probably one of the best hotels in Siofok.

everything was perfect

A very good family spa hotel only 1 min walk from the Balaton lake. The hotel has a large and modern spa area and the private beach area is also good. We enjoyed the modern rooms (only the bathrooms were slightly small) with balcony! The food was good and had a lot of choice. There is free parking, a garden in the back with an outdoor warm pool/jacuzzi, table tennis and table football. Ideal for a family holiday but also good for couples. Would definitely recommend. Booking directly had an offer of half-board which was convenient (even if you don't use it every day) as the buffet rate was quite high. Modern hotel in a residential area. Siofok centre is only about 15 min walk away with all party and restaurants (there is one restaurant just opposite the hotel too).
