We stayed in a dog-friendly ground-floor room in a quiet area of the hotel. It was a good size and came with a comfortable dog bed and two bowls, which we appreciated. There was also enough space for a travel cot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. However, the room lacked storage, with no wardrobe, bathroom shelves, minibar/fridge or safe. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Staff entered despite our “Do Not Disturb” sign while our baby was napping, yet the room wasn’t cleaned when we later requested it. The hotel and room were clean overall, although there were noticeable spider webs around the outdoor dining areas. Bloms Bar seemed understaffed during the day, so guests often had to order food and drinks at the bar rather than receiving table service outside. The hotel is quite restrictive for dogs, which also limits dining options, as dogs aren’t allowed in the Brasserie. We travelled with a toddler and appreciated the children’s menu and discounted main courses, but families should note that children under 6 aren’t allowed in the spa or relaxation areas. Access to the surrounding water is also limited, making swimming with young children difficult. The spa was very busy, although my mineral scrub treatment was excellent. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but some rooms may be better equipped, and it’s probably best suited to adults rather than families with young children or dogs.

Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame.

Incredibly clean, friendly service, and spa and food were amazing.

Exited to go here after seeing all the pictures we arrived to a construction site. The whole outdoor area is being re-built. As we had a 1,5 year old with us that wanted nothing else but to run around we were very restricted. We arrived early 13:00 prepared that the rooms would not be ready as they says available at 15:00, in the end we did not receive our rooms until 15:40! Compensation for that, a free coffee! For the price we were paying per room a 1700 SEK, I do expect more facilities like a kettle, mini fridge and so on. Especially as any coffee provided by the hotel will be charged. Only positive thing was the staff in the restaurant. When the food came in and was not eatable they quickly attend and served new dishes in better standard without any fuss. And was very nice to have around. Restaurant had a lovely view and was not under construction.

Wonderful views and just enough to do while still being secluded. Sauna, tennis, canoe, hiking and golf. Town is a short bus ride away. Very relaxing stay - food is wonderful!

Hi, Smådalarö always delivers. As a cosy archipelago village the surroundings offer a great relaxing atmosphere. The service and hospitality is great and you feel very welcome. A part from a nice archipelago inspired breakfast and dinner service, the estate also offers private jacuzzi, sauna and golf/padel tennis/tennis. The golf course is genuine and well managed. It offers a rich golf experience although quite the narrrow holes (which keeps you on your toes). If you have a boat, you can park it in the hotels Marina. /A

Nice place, especially for golfers. The only thing to remark was the restaurant, which was very expensive, but with few and not so good choices.

Nice place with good facilities, clean and good service. Good good but not top quality.

Weather was amazing and the location is beautiful, very cut off and not much around, but if that is what you are looking for then it’s perfect. Food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The saunas and jacuzzi are something really special to do. The staff were friendly, but very busy and sometimes took a while to get served or recognised.

Spent three days relaxing, walking, canoeing and just hanging out.

Allt va toppen, fantastiskt personal

Vi gjorde en inpuls bokning 1 natt och den blev helt oförglömlig. Stort fint rum, spa kl 17 som var lugnt och magiskt med skön atmosfär, personalen i restaurangen var super och visst kan det hända incidenter men det löstes galant av en servitör (m liten hästsvans) och maten var supergod både till lunch och middag. Boka restaurangen i god tid men vi var super nöjda med Bloms bar. Man får ta för vad det blir med kort varsel och vi hade tur med allt! Fantastisk personal, god mat och en underbar vistelse hos er Små Dalarö gård Hotell & Spa.🍽️🍷♥️☀️👙🩳

Fräscht, väl underhållet. Snygg smakfull inredning. Trevliga rum. Bemötandet i receptionen är proffsigt men de är ganska omständiga så det blir lätt kö och tar onödigt lång tid. Kan man vara fler på plats för att snabba på köerna när det är högt tryck vid in/utcheckning t ex? Vid frukosten var det också lite klent med folk, mycket som tog slut och en väldigt störig grej är att personalen vid frukosten går och plockar undan från ens bord fast man fortfarande sitter och äter. Sluta med det! Låt mig äta min frukost ifred. Annars överlag väldigt trevligt och väldigt proffsiga personal, särskilt på Spa-anläggningen.

Charmerende hotel i hyggelige omgivelser. Rent, pænt og hyggeligt værelse. Høfligt personale. God morgenmad. God plads både inden- og udendørs! Spaområdet var fint. Dejligt område til golf, motionsløb eller gåture. Vi var der 2 nætter, men desværre var meny-kortet nok beregnet for 1 overnatning og spisning.

Fina rum och ett fantastiskt spa. Jag upplevde att de flesta i personalen gjorde sitt bästa, men tyvärr räckte det inte hela vägen eftersom servicen på Kapten Bloms bar var genomgående bristfällig. Vi åt där tre gånger och varje gång fick vi vänta länge utan att någon tog kontakt eller ens bekräftade att vi hade blivit sedda. För att beställa behövde vi själva gå fram till personalen, och samma sak gällde när vi ville betala. Vid två tillfällen serverades bara halva beställningen och vi fick själva påminna om resten. Jag tog upp detta sista dagen och fick svaret att juli är en svår period på grund av personalbrist. Som kompensation erbjöds vi 10 % rabatt på den sista middagen. Det var ingen katastrofal upplevelse, men servicen höll inte den nivå jag förväntar mig och därför kommer vi sannolikt inte tillbaka.
