For a quick night stay is ok, not for vacation, wedding or special event.

Our room was ready and very clean when we arrived. The staff were polite and helpful esp in the breakfast area. My family and I love that there is a pool and a gym that we enjoyed in the morning to start our day.

Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet didn't look like it been cleaned and the tile floor around the toilet had urine spots all around the toilet. Also shower was dirty.

I was there for 10 night and my room was only cleaned 2 times during my stay. During 2 days of my time both elevators were non-operational and I was on the 6th floor. Also, there was construction for the duration of my stay which was inconvenient. I will likely seek other hotel options for my next visit to Kitchener/waterloo.

When attending the pool at 9pm there were no towels available on the towel rack and the ones we could see being used by other guests were extremly small and thin. That could be improved. The adjacent lounge should be available for guest to sit in outside of Breakfast and Dinner and drinks could be offered to improve the amenity.

Hotel lobby is under renovations right now so it’s a bit complicated to get your head around … But the rooms are perfect.

Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.

It was not clean at all

Nothing unique about it, stains on the blanket and shower door. Hair in the sink. Lighting wasn't ideal either for where the mirror was. Being barred from the restaurant was new as well, not even part of the wedding. For spending over $200 a night, I would expect much more than what we experienced. At least two working elevators.

The elevator was extremely slow and one wasn't working. No access to the stairs without asking for a key from the front desk. Room was clean and spacious.

We asked for a little grace as we had to immediately leave minutes after we checked in for a family medical emergency. Barely put our bags down. We hoped the hotel could provide a partial refund. They said we had to speak with Expedia. Which I then spoke to an agent at Expedia who had to turn around and call the hotel for their consideration. The hotel declined any sort of refund. Will not be back.

Perfect accommodations for a wedding we attended near by.

We enjoyed our time at this very nice hotel.
