I recently stayed four nights at your hotel for a business trip and was very disappointed with my experience. I chose this property because the Marriott Bonvoy website advertised a pool and gym, with no mention that the hotel was under construction or that these amenities were unavailable. On arrival, I was told both were closed and construction would stop at 17:00, yet work continued until 18:07. My room was also in poor condition: a collapsing shower‑door hinge, dirty shampoo bottle, warped wallpaper, loose shower head, streaks on mirrors and doors, stained towels, and no tray for wet boots, causing water to pool on the uneven floor. Despite requesting maintenance and cleaning, nothing was done, and staff repeatedly failed to follow through on promises. A complimentary breakfast does not reflect the level of inconvenience and service issues I experienced.

Hotel was expensive and under renovations. Breakfast should’ve been included for the price, instead they want to charge $20 a person.

There were bugs in the room, so I checked out immediately. Sliverfish are not on the list of features.

TV was stuck on 100. Couldn’t change it.

Room was ready early! The room itself had a soft mattress and every time we used the tap, could hear the pipes.

The room was clean but the coffee was cold and not quite coffee. Check in was adequate not friendly. The fan in the washroom does not work. It was just ok - nothing special.

Elevators were extremely slow For hotel cost per night a better breakfast menu/ options was expected.

The room was very clean. Lived the updated renovation.

Place was a waste of money

Had I known the fitness center was down for renovations I never would have stayed there. Water cooler wasn’t even accessible. They would offer nothing in exchange . Sorry we say on our website that amenities may not be available. Seriously? They converted the lounge into a restaurant so there is no place to bring food in and eat it except for your room. No ev charger.

Random alarm going off for 20 minutes at a time, on my floor (3rd) next to my room from 6am-8:30am every 10 minutes. It was horribly annoying and the utter worst time. I called and complained to front desk at 7am and made sure they noted my complaint at check-out. They said it was a faulty alarm set off by faulty shower faucet. Maintenance would take care of it.

Great stay

Sheets and pillow cases were washed, but the pillows themselves had a pretty foul smell.
