We booked this condo for a group of 5, based on the listing showing 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine, about 1 km from the ski slopes. Unfortunately, the condo we were assigned looked quite different from the photos on the website, which was disappointing. The check-in process was also frustrating. The property first contacted me through Hotels.com asking for my phone number, which I provided. Instead of sending the check-in instructions through Hotels.com or replying to that same conversation, they sent a text message from a different, unfamiliar number asking me to send my email address. Because I didn't recognize the number, I assumed it was spam and didn't respond. On the day of our arrival, I sent several text messages to the official contact number requesting the check-in instructions but received no response. Eventually, I decided to call the unfamiliar number, and they explained they needed my email address before they could send the check-in instructions. The unit has air conditioning, but it's a portable unit that vents through the window. It was quite noisy, so we turned it off, and we were fortunate that the night was cool enough to sleep comfortably. One inconvenience was that no shower gel or body wash was provided in the bathroom. Overall, the condo was comfortable enough, albeit it was basic and outdated - but the misleading photos, confusing check-in communication, and lack of basic bathroom amenities made it a little less enjoyable

Overbooked the hotel! Arrived at 8pm and my passcode was invalid. Called the hotel and Expedia the next day. The hotel left their auto booking on. Terrible experience!

I like this place! I’ve stayed four times here and every time my family was happy here. Nice place for family vacation, I recommend it!

Un petit problème avec la télévision pour se détendre avant de dormir pas de câble appeler la réception mais pas moyen d’écouter les émissions câble déconnecté.

Attention aux locations dernière minute parce que un peu de difficulté à récupérer les clés

La chambre est de bonne taille. La mini cuisine est fonctionnelle. Des rénovations sont en cours et apparentes dans la chambre. La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. Plusieurs lattes de stores sont manquantes, la chambre est pleine de lumière dès le levé du soleil. La piscine est a 2 km de la chambre, ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation. C'était un point important pour nous, avoir eu cette information nous aurions réservé ailleurs. Le stationnement est éloigné du bâtiment. En été, aucun restaurant n'est ouvert. Les lieux sont désert.

Bel hébergement en rénovation, un peu de poussière dans la chambre sur les lampes, dans les tiroirs d'ustensiles et en bas de la porte patio mais le reste de la chambre était très propre. Lit moyennement confortable et oreillers pas du tout confortable mais il s'agit d'une question de goût. Bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Reception staff were helpful and available when we had questions. But the unit we got wasn’t the cleanest, the toaster was broken, we had to rewash all the dishes, the bathroom had hairs on the ground. It was very well located for our event in Mont Ste Anne and that was the big plus, everything else was ok! Expedia advertised that it had both an outdoor seasonal pool and an indoor pool, but this is not the case. You have to drive 5 minutes to get to a shared indoor pool and there is no outdoor pool, that was disappointing.

The indoor pool is so far for us. And I have a trouble with ecar charging.

Had difficulty initially communicating with staff to check in remotely as we do not speak French. Cushions for pullout bed were damaged before we arrived. Not a great start to our 3-day stay.

Very clean

This place was the absolute worst accommodations I have ever booked. The room, absolutely stank…I think I figured out that it was from the 1980’s heating and cooling unit. It was also so loud, you could barely hear anyone talking over it. The worst though, having your door open at 7:30am while you are standing there naked, by housekeeping, who could not be bothered to knock first. Thankfully, I had the security latch closed and it wasn’t a total embarrassment. You would think he would have learned that time…no. He, the same guy did it again around 3pm. This time waking up my napping toddler. No knock. Also, no signs provided to say, do not disturb. The kitchenware is lack luster. The knives…I couldnt cut anything. Pool, is not on site…and when I made the drive to the ‘pool’, it was pretty gross. At another site all together. 2.3kms away. But, don’t forget to get your pool towels from the front desk before you leave the place you rented to drive to another disgusting place to swim. There are soooo many better options. Skip this place FOR SURE!!!!
