Stayed here a couple of summers in a row. Great location and rooms have a lot of space. Will be back.

Motel basics were there, fridge/ microwave in room- would have been nice to have more linens available and coffee restocked.

The check-in was not good as the front desk closes at 6pm. The hotel does not have access to customers as Expedia block that access. So the hotel can not contact you and supply the door passcode. Not the hotel's fault. Expedia, you need to supply the hotel with the client's contact info

Went in February which is a slow season. Room had a kitchenette and large balcony with bbq. Check in and check out was very easy! It was a one night stay and checked all the boxes. Large room for what you pay.

Great hotel and excellent customer service

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I really like the pet-friendly option.

The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean.

My 8 year old loved the jacuzzi and pool. We could have used more towels and a daily cleaning but that didn’t happen.

We booked the deluxe 2 bedroom with private balcony on the 2nd level for 4 adults and a toddler. Plenty of room. The balcony with propane bbq is great. Terrific location, across from the beach and has a nice outdoor pool. Like many of the motels it is older and does show some signs of aging but it really has everything you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful Penticton. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoy it. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

No staff after 4pm. Rooms are old. Bed says queen but was only a double. No water pressure. Dirty dishes.

Always our fav place to stay in penticton. Coming here for years with zero issues.

Sharon was the best part of the check in. What a great personality. She definitely is the bonus for the place. All my friends commented on what a pleasure it was to deal with her. Gotta love a person with a sense of humour. Hope to be back in the future. S
