Friendly & welcoming staff.

Brilliant location for Poole Quay. Family room spacious, quiet and clean. Disappointing there was no view out of windows not even a glimpse as totally blocked by white permanent shuttering. I don't care if the view is not great but too see the sky would be good. I'm sure there is good reason why shuttered as doesn't make sense otherwise. If the room hadn't have been so spacious, we would have felt quite claustrophobic. Staff very friendly. A warm welcome upon arrival and at breakfast. Cooked breakfast very good and my daughter really enjoyed the continental. Excellent choices especially all the fresh fruit. Nice coffee. This was our second stay at Antelope and will be back for a third.

Nice, older style hotel in great location near quayside. In pedestrian street so have to park elsewhere nearby and early morning noisy bin collections!! Didn't find a lift up to second floor! Really comfy beds

Straightforward pub accommodation in a textbook old coaching inn style property right in the centre of Poole. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s all perfectly serviceable with friendly and helpful staff and a top breakfast as well that’s definitely worth adding to your booking.

Great staff and great location. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is a continental choice as well. The restaurant for lunch and evening meals is busy and the food is good.

The food and the bar was really good. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made our stay really welcoming. They have managed to make the bar resteraunt and the bedroom we stayed very comfortable and bright but still holding on to the character of the building. Will definitely go back

Very friendly staff nice breakfast but the bath requires some sort of non slip fitted due to me slipping also difficult to get in due to height.

Very good stay, rooms clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Food good value. WiFi not so good but I understand the WiFi all over Poole is poor

The room was comfortable, however we couldn't open the window to let in air in and of course got condensation on the window .The room was clean.. There was an issue with bathroom/shower mixer..there was.a major problem with the water pressure and the bath/shower mixer tap had a major fault..it kept leaking..and as there waz no windowv or extractor fan..got very damp and wet.

Staff were great, clean and large room, really good breakfast and Sunday roast was great value.

Nice friendly hotel

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pub was really nice to sit and have a pint when it was raining, the food was very tasty. The rooms were very big and the beds very comfortable.

Great room, cleaned and restocked every day, front of house staff, very friendly and courteous. Whole place warm and welcoming. Will definitely book again!
