While this property isn't the Marriott round the corner, and the rooms are fairly basic, the staff are very welcoming, speak excellent English and are very helpful. The breakfast on the top floor veranda style room is well appointed for a three star hotel and the hotel is located just a short walk (5 mins) from the Wagner Metro station. If you're looking at a property in this band, this hotel is certainly worth consideration.

Overall, the hotel was great. The shower was a lil awkward in that the shower head came from a less ideal place and shower glass was loose. The shower head came from the long side of the tub. The breakfast was amazing as well as all of the staff. I would stay here gain.

Hotel was nice and the suite was great for our family. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very nice. Next to the Wagner metro which made it easier to get around.

The property was very easy to find, we were able to arrive with the Metro from the airport in only 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow an adaptor for the Italian power outlet the first night. Only disadvantage from the room was that it didn’t have USB outlets, but we were able to use the adapter they lent us and the following day it was very easy to buy one on the street. The room was extremely clean, beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable! AC worked amazingly during heat wave! We are a family of 4 and slept in a room that had 2 double beds and 1 single bed, so it was perfect! Only thing about being on ground floor is that we could feel the metro at night, but we slept through it. Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything home made, pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, bread, and amazing coffee! Walking distance to downtown or very short metro ride. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway, buses and streetcars. Many shops and boutiques on the same street. Very convenient all together. We have stayed here before and we will certainly come back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was perfect. We only stayed one night, but our room was great. The bathroom, pretty spacious.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for what we were doing in Milan. The air conditioning was broken while we were there, and on the second night, a pipe broke, so we had no hot water. But the breakfast was wonderful, and the ladies who worked the breakfast were amazing--so kind and very hard working! It's probably the best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel!

Very central, breakfast great and lovely room up on a higher floor. Perfect for our two night trip with two teenage sons, all very easy and stress free!

The hotel is excellent with a terrific breakfast room at the top floor Only issue is a flaky internet connection. But highly recommended.
