The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfy bed, breakfast was good, we used the bike and treadmill in the gym and everything worked well.

Room was clean slightly dated, same as restaurant but beds were comfortable and room was quiet despite being next to elevator. Restaurant had good service and drinks were well priced. Food was average pub fair. The happy hour chicken wings were tasty and came with crispy veggies sticks and dip. We had to leave before the breakfast was served unfortunately.

Absolutely terrible experience this last trip. I have been staying at the Radisson Fort st John 1-2 times per month for the last 3 years. This last trip, I brought up credit card charges, which were put on my credit card with no warning, and no receipt. When I called the hotel four separate times, I was told the General Manager would call me back. No response, no phone calls. I have emailed twice. No response. I will no longer be staying at this hotel and strongly encourage others to review their credit cards after checkout. Terrible customer service.

Was staying here for after surgery recovery. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Was perfect for me to be able to rest and then do what I could to help with getting mobile. Plus the restaurant Mondo is amazing! Great food and portions and very reasonably priced. My only feedback would be could they have handicap parking closer to the main entrance? Parking availability was further for someone with mobility issues

Needed a toothbrush, suggest front desk have them available. As usual they provide one of the worst free breakfasts....floor in eating area was falling in. Hotel is clean and good price

Not the best hotel, I personally wouldn’t stay here again. It’s old and run down. Find a better location

Room very clean, however the tub/shower did not drain. Free breakfast had limited items. No fruit or yogurt. Not the quality of facility I would expect from a Radisson.

We booked for two nights but left day earlier. There was no WiFi so kids were not happy. Not staying again or recommending.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. We did not sleep well due to several guests being very noisy throughout the night, including fighting and repeatedly banging doors. There did not appear to be any staff available to address the situation. In addition, the room and carpet did not feel very clean. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Everything is good staff are nice, breakfast in okay however the wifi is very slow so I just used my data overnight. But overall my stay is good.
