5 star stay at a bargin price, especially during an "event" weekend. Staff and facility exceeded expectations

Great Hotel, lovely friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, breakfast very good, I always try and book this hotel when I am working in the area, I highly recommend :-)

We had issues with the Wifi and the room wasn't made up on the Saturday, perhaps staff not rostered on the weekend - not sure. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay

Restaurant service appalling, food did not arrive at all for one guest and half of the things on the menu were not available each night

Very spacious rooms, uncommon in these regions. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet is average but there is nothing much around so the only option. If you are booking to go to the races then great spot if like me it’s for work, you will hear the cars or bikes from the race track everywhere around the grounds and outside. The rooms are very well insulated so you only hear a background noise. Overall good quality price ratio coupled with great staff makes it worth it to go back.

We stayed in many lovely hotels in France. This was was very basic and had an aesthetic air to it. Also out of the way from any towns.

Property was great and good for our 3 day stay. Pay breakfast at the hotel is 20 euros so pay in advance to save. Only issue with breakfast is the eggs appear to be from powered and they don't rehydrate and then put them on the grill to firm them up. They were just above the consistency of soup.

Great hotel and a great location for visiting the Paul Ricard Circuit

After two nights camping at the Bol D'Or, Sunday night at this hotel brought virtual tears of joy. A little oasis of peace and calm after a long weekend. Facilities, service, bar and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommended.

La chambre était parfaite, tout comme le personnel d’entretien, très professionnel. La literie était également excellente. Petit point négatif cependant : le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, malgré les indications fournies sur la petite carte explicative. La salle de bain, quant à elle, était impeccable. En revanche, j’ai trouvé le personnel de l’accueil peu chaleureux. Au moment du départ, l’hôtesse a tenté de me facturer plus de 120 € de frais supplémentaires alors que j’avais déjà réglé la taxe de séjour dès mon arrivée, à sa demande. Elle a également voulu nous faire payer deux petits-déjeuners que nous n’avions pas consommés. La personne avant moi semblait avoir rencontré le même problème. Je trouve cela assez surprenant que ces informations ne soient pas correctement enregistrées dans leur système ou logiciel de gestion. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il était globalement satisfaisant : les viennoiseries étaient bonnes, l’offre salée correcte et la sélection de thés particulièrement appréciable. J’ai toutefois été surpris de voir les produits laitiers rester à température ambiante durant tout le service. J’espère qu’ils ne sont pas réutilisés le lendemain, par respect de la chaîne du froid et des consommateurs. Par ailleurs, 20 € pour ce petit-déjeuner me paraît assez excessif compte tenu du manque de diversité du buffet. Enfin, l’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, juste à côté du Circuit Paul Ricard et à quelques minutes des grandes villes environnantes.
