Staff was super friendly and it's in a pretty convenient spot. I wish the shower had a curtain. Also, the walls are pretty thin. You'll sleep well.

Room were clean and staff and owner were very nice to greet us on arrival, the location is very convenient an is right next to Bahia palace, just it’s on a small ally where no car can get on so you need to take your luggage inside and hotel doesn’t have any lifts and with bare minimum facilities. But with comfort and service the place makes up for it.

Fair…Raid very dated. Needs updating. Bed was hard and bathrooms have no curtains so water every where. Hot water not dependable. Location was good. Highlight was the owner and staff, very helpful. Not sure there was value for the price. Do your homework. Cab drop off 3 minutes from Al Ksar entrance.

Super traditional riad style room, with a window out onto the central open area. Friendly and very helpful staff, great advice about how to get the most from our trip. Quiet and efficient air con. Tasty breakfast each day with a mixture of savoury and sweet options, fresh fruit, fresh coffee and/or tea. A lovely stay.

Cockroach Infestation! Within 1 minute of entering our room, we saw 3 giant cockroaches. I immediately booked a different hotel and kindly informed the manger that we were not comfortable sleeping in those conditions. Rather than being understanding and apologetic, I was reprimanded for not being willing to stay. I very kindly explained that we would be too anxious knowing they were there. I was told I need to go back to America and that I should have never gone to Morocco. I have been all over the world and have seen many bugs, animals and reptiles, HOWEVER, that does not mean I want them in my bed!! These are very basic living conditions to expect and seeing 3 within 1 minute, who knows how many more there were we didn’t see. We were denied a refund. It’s very unfortunate they were not able to understand our perspective and this is not a way any respectable business should be conducted. The 5 star hotel we booked was only $200 more. Though we had a very rough start, we absolutely loved Marrakech and hope to come back to this amazing city one day soon.

Quiet and clean. A full bar would be good, and the pool is not really usable.

We were three women friends on our first visit to Marrakech. Choosing Al Ksar was the best decision we made. Not only is the property beautiful, but the management and staff are simply outstanding. Everyone from the skilled spa therapists to the housekeeping staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The managers [owners?] Olivier and Damien couldn't do enough for us--preparing special meals, booking excursions, following up later to make sure everything was satisfactory. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly at home. Now that we're back, we can only dream of those breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop terrace, punctuated by birdsong and the haunting calls to prayer.

My stay was amazing. When I arrived Oliver sat with me and explained the must see places and what to expect in Marrakesh. The Riad is located in the perfect place -most of the sightseeing places are walking distance. The Riad is very pretty and the staff are absolutely lovely.

Beautiful Riad and fantastic staff, led by Damien who is very helpful and knowledgable. All services offered if you want them, with no pressure at all. Lovely roof terrace where a great breakfast is served and where you can relax and have a beer or a G&T and watch the sunset whilst listening to the evening call to prayer from the mosques! Good location close to Bahia palace. Highly recommend Riad Al Ksar.

The Riad is nicely located for walking to see many of the sites. The Riad had a quiet, calming atmosphere as it is also a spa. Staff were very helpful.

Lovely peaceful oasis in the middle of Marrakesh’ busy old town. In walking distance from many tourist sites. Excellent host, who helped us with everything, including sight seeing tips, directions and finding suitable parking in the town. We especially loved our rooms and the roof garden. I would definitely come back here as the riad has so much character and comfort and a very welcoming host.

Great hotel in the central parts of Marrakesh. Beautiful garden with a small pool and a rooftop bar where you can order drinks via an intercom radio. Great staff that helped us finding around town and also booking day trips in the area.

This is a beautiful atmospheric old house. The personnel are almost all delightful to deal with. The rooms are quiet. The only downsides are how dark the rooms and common parts are and the bedrooms lack adequate ventilation. This may be inevitable in a building of this style. Otherwise we had a very good time here.
