Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Right close to the urban bus station meaning it was easy and cheap to get to falls, airport, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. Nice decent hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant next door was great, too.

First of all, this hotel is in a very good location. It is close to many restaurants and shops. I was able to take bus from and to the airport. The front desk staff were helpful; there were few spoke some English and I was able to communicate without problem. The housekeeping was good too, they cleaned my room daily and promptly. The breakfast was served in a buffet style and it included variety of typical breakfast foods and beverages. I booked a room for myself for 2 nights and I got a room of two single beds with a very decent price. The construction was very loud but I wasn't in my room during the day except the first day after I checked-in, so it didn't bother me much. The carpet in the room was covered with stains; I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. I would highly recommend tiles over carpet, just saying. However, my biggest issue would be the comfort and cleanness of the bathroom facility. My shower stall door didn't close; every time I showered, the water got everywhere. And the flush button leaked water too. I feel back for the housekeeper having to clean up the soaking wet bathroom even though I did place a towel on the ground to soak the water but the towel could only do so much. I guess the price says it all; it is pretty cheap for a hotel room. They're renovating the room so I won't be surprise that their rooms will be cleaner but the price won't be the same.

Fiquei 4 dias hospedo no hotel, porém não tivemos uma boa experiência. A estrutura do hotel precisa de reformas, ficamos hospedados eu, minha esposa e nossa bebê de 4 meses, tivemos que pedir para trocar de quarto pois o chuveiro não esquentava. A equipe foi muito solicita nos ajudando prontamente, porém não tinha o que fazer, o hotel em si não oferece uma estrutura descente, mudamos de quarto e mesmo assim sem um banho quente, tivemos que esquentar água em uma chaleira para poder dar banho em nossa bebê. Nossa estadia foi péssima.

Hotel bem localizado, tranquilo, bem próximo a Avenida Brasil, proximo a restaurantes, o café da manhã é bem básico.

Quartos limpos, porém estrutura um pouco antiga. Café da manhã com poucas variedades. Mas atendeu minha necessidade.

O serviço de limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Um dos nossos quartos ficou três dias sem ser limpo!
