We had a very pleasant stay as a stopover. The room/beds were very comfortable and clean. Everyone was very friendly and the service was very smooth. My kids enjoyed the room as they even kept toys in the family room, which was a very homey touch. Even my autistic son was very settled he didn’t even feel anxious or anything. We felt very at home and above everything else there was a lovely Indian restaurant within the hotel that had some of the most delicious tasty dishes. I hope to go again as my 9 year old son actually said he loved the location and was willing to stay there rather than go to our actual holiday!

For a cheap hotel located near Gatwick Airport, I can't fault this place. We only paid £67 for 3 adults and a baby. We arrived at 8pm and was starving. Everything was ready for us. Hotel had a homely vibe to it and an Indian restaurant/takeaway in house which is why you can smell food in the lobby. It's a Bring Your Own Alcohol policy which is great if you'd like to drink as you'll save money and have your own choices. Food was nice and they're so accommodating, even brought plates and let us eat in the room as we're with the baby. There's an English menu and an Indian menu, both until 10pm. They gave us a baby cot free of charge. Parking for a night is free, has WiFi and TV in room. Even some toys for kids in the family room. Hot shower works fine. Breakfast is 5am - 9am and there's bread, butter and jams for toast, cereals, croissants, yogurt, juice, milk, Nesquick powder, some cakes in packs (Balconi and bear cakes). Don't expect a full blown breakfast of course but it's perfect, generous and I'm grateful for a quick bite before we leave. Sure there are some downsides like the shower water didn't drain as quickly, and one of the bedside lamps didn't work but can you complaint for just a quick night rest before you head off again at like 5am? If you'd like a really nice cushy place then sure, pay the price and go to a Holiday Inn or something. I'm glad we stayed and didn't believe reviews, people are so odd and entitled sometimes. For me, I'd definitely stay again if I need to fly from Gatwick. Thank you.

Booked to stay on the 1st March. First room I was given was absolutely caked in dust. See videos. The room had a fridge that was turned off that contained a ready meal with the date 16th February. Nearly 2 weeks older than my stay date! Complained and was moved to a second room. This room was equally dusty, bed frame and cupboards covered in dust, the front door would also not lock and was broken. Complained again, was moved to a third room. Upon entering third room I checked for dust on the bed frame again in front of the staff member to check. Still loads of dust, bathroom caked in dust. Heating was off, absolutely freezing in the room. Bed sheets ripped. Was too late in the evening to go elsewhere at this point. The staff apologised for the condition of the rooms. Woke up with sore throat and blocked nose due to breathing in so much dust and didn’t clear until the afternoon. Now to be clear I have no issue with a budget hotel, have stayed in many Super 8’s, days inn’s and cheaper rooms across the states and Europe. I’ve never seen 3 rooms in a row in these conditions. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but would encourage anyone staying here to check their room before parting with any money.

It's a brilliant place for the one night we are here. The staff are very accommodating, rooms are clean, shower is powerful, the room is warm and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Not the fanciest place, but staff are friendly. Walking distance to the train station. You can stay here for a week and your train pass and be less than one night changes at the fancy locations downtown London.
