Excellent but bathroom floor extremely slippy

Clean room, friendly staff, dog friendly is a huge plus! Plentiful breakfast.

Staff was very welcoming , cleanliness is good and whole atmosphere was rather pleasant for my family and myself . Hope to revisit during the summer

Uptight manager at this hotel will not issue a refund after Air Canada went on strike and cancelled my flight last minute.

You have to pay for swimming pool.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice , with with selections. Our room was also nice.

Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.

Great hotel and room.

This seemed to be in a quiet area of the town, but was close to where I was working. The restaurant was good although not too much choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking should be cheaper

I stay here often when visiting family and the staff is always welcoming and flexible as to check-in time, etc. Common areas have been refreshed and look great!

I accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city. Ok I know it was non-refundable but I was coming from another country and got the location wrong. Hotel.com were very helpful and tried to be flexible but the hotel would not….they wouldn’t refund. Such lack of flexibility is sad. I notified them well in advance so they could have rebooked the room.

Not too many dining options around the property.

I reserved a room for my daughter and two children as there is construction in their flat. The front desk person was extremely gracious to my grandchildren (who can be rather boisterous!)
