Pool was fantastic

Clean room, staff was great

Very clean room and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was lots of fun. Fantastic location that is 5 minutes from Fernie Ski Resort.

Better than we expected!

We really like this property! We have stayed here multiple times. It is clean. The staff are super friendly & accommodating.

Room noisy as too close to highway

The kitchen in the condo was poorly stocked with essentials to actually cook. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Rules to clean, but no real cleaning supplies provided. If it were not for the AWESOME staff this would have been a poor experience.

Room clean and large. Pool is clean and well maintained. Has a really good in house restaurant. Will be back for summer.

Everything was really good. Breakfast could use some improvement, same every day

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast offered is average, it would be nice to have hot water or coffee available during the day (would rather not have to use room machines) The gym equipment was old and not working properly.

That water slide is a great thing to do after skiing! Even if you're not a kid! Breakfast options were plentiful and we had a great dinner at the in-house restaurant the first night (souvlaki). Room had a couple of unique and highly appreciated features: overhead light in the middle of the room and door that beeps if not closed fully

My kids could spend a million hours on this water slide and they’d still be asking for more

Did not use the pool but looked fun

Staff was courteous… TV setup was totally confusing. Most channel indications were wrong and some basic channels were either unavailable or impossible to find. Amenities are okay, but the hotel can use a renovation.

Rooms are in desperate need of renovations. The common area like hallways, stairs, game room were very dirty. Pool area is starting to get run diw as well, everything is looking pretty rusty. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 which is unfortunate. We had to rush to eat to get to our hockey game on time. Lots of other guests seemed annoyed they had to wait until 7:00 as well, the skiers just grabbed their gear and left instead of waiting.

Me, my husband, and our three kids stayed here and really enjoyed it! The pool is awesome, the continental breakfast was delicious, and with only being a 5 min. drive from the hill you literally couldn’t beat this place. Most affordable and best bang for your buck in my opinion! Will definitely be staying again.
