Good location

Really nice quirky property. Stay was great and very quiet. Really comfortable bed and pillows, nice large room size.

Interesting check in process and very welcoming lobby with flavoured water, coffee and a candy bar! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The “courtyard view” is a strange interior area, but did let some natural light in. My only real complaint was the mattress. Comfortable in its own, but if sharing you could feel if someone was breathing too heavily. The opposite of do not disturb. Not a great sleep because of it. Otherwise, loved the robes, the bathroom amenities, etc.

Parking was conveniently across the street. Room was fantastic. Super close to the venue we were going to. Unfortunately the area the hotel is in is not the greatest.

Reasonable accommodation for a reasonable price.

Get the ticket from the machine and ask the hotel to set up the special rate. Otherwise it will cost you double

The room was amazing!

We've stayed at Metro many times. It's very convenient if you are seeing a Knights game. This time we had a room that faced inside the building (as opposed to Dundas Street). Room was comfy for one night but the layout of the room was a little strange. The bathroom drain didn't work super well. Minor stuff as this is a reliable place to stay in downtown London. We'll be back.

Excellent location and clean linens and towels! Could use some heavier doors to block hallway noises, but overall a quiet place.

It met my needs but was a high price point for the lack of amenities and limited concierge service. First time I’ve spent time at a hotel where there is no concierge available throughout the evening. That being said the staff was nice when they were there and the room was mostly clean with the exception of hair on the bed.

Clean and in a good location

The hotel is a nice boutique hotel located downtown. Its nice and clean and quiet. I personally didn't enjoy the whole open concept bathroom as I enjoy a bit of privacy but thats just me. The parking is an issue....$26 with no in and out privileges just doesn't work for me. Overall the hotel isn't my style and wouldn't go back but it is a nice clean and quiet hotel.

Room was very lovely, corners were dusty. The largely self serve check in was a bit to figure out but worked well once you had it. Main complaint is the parking. They recommend that you use the public parking garage across the road and indicate that they have a discount but: 1) there is no in/out privilege without paying; and 2) the front desk was usually unoccupied to validate the parking ticket for the discount.
