I had a wonderful stay at this 3hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the empathy and attention to detail from the team – they truly care about their guests. The food from the bar was surprisingly delicious, with a great selection of options that exceeded my expectations. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality and great service! A great value for the price for sure

I stayed here with a group of geologists 29 and 30 September 2024. What a gem of a find! The hotel was excellent – spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and commodious and with very friendly, helpful staff – and great value. But the most surprising find was the superb food cooked by a very dedicated chef. A group dinner is difficult to cater for but the food was of exceptional standard. The roast lamb was succulent, and perfectly grilled vegetables (including capsicum and baby asparagus) rested on tasty, tender paella-style rice. Perfectly roasted baby potatoes were an accompaniment. This was no one-off as I had dinner there again. This time, wonderful roasted beef chunks and baby potatoes were winners, while my dinner companion extolled the “secreto ibérico” – tender and flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The chef’s specially prepared icecream with torrone completed an unexpected gastronomic experience. And all with excellent wines as recommended by the chef.

The hotel is well appointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate. There was plenty of room in the car park which was only open to clients. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star rating is because the menu in the cafeteria is not very extensive.

Despite its less than ideal location, this hotel has some unique features that set it apart from others. However, I was disappointed to discover that when I ordered room service, I was asked to collect my food from the lobby. In my extensive travels, I have only encountered this level of inconvenience at two hotels - one in a remote village in Huelva, and this one. I believe it would be beneficial for the staff or management of this hotel to experience the level of service and convenience that is expected in other parts of the world, such as in the United States. While I could file a complaint, I believe it is important for everyone to understand how basic amenities and services can impact a guest's experience. Overall, despite this drawback, I found the hotel to have some redeeming qualities and potential for improvement.

Staff extremely gentle The room huge and comfy with everything you need Frigobar and hairdryer for example. It's a bit out of the city center but if you have a car, car park included, it's perfect to reach. Really high recommended
