Amazing in every way!

Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!

Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.

Everything was wonderful!

It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so cold that you can’t get into them. The food was 8/10 — I enjoyed it. Overall, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.

stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room had that perfect “wild luxury” vibe: stylish yet close to nature, with thoughtful details everywhere. I would love to come back and stay here again; it’s truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

The place is great. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had!

Room was cleaned perfectly, concierge very attentive, food in Marezia delicious.

I’m so happy I found this resort. The Air Suite we booked was a dream come true and felt like a treehouse. It was private, surrounded by palm trees and the concrete and wood gave it a soothing minimalist feel that was so relaxing and comforting. The dual shower…exquisite. The best part was the private rooftop deck and plunge pool. We had total privacy and felt surrounded in beauty. The free breakfast was delicious with good options and the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. Their breakfast and dinner service was outstanding. You must try the squid and shrimp empanadas. Our room steward, Raquel, was so kind and accommodating whether it was restaurant suggestions or helping us navigate the area to even making sure we were comfortable. The front desk is also so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It was truly a dream come true experience and we cannot wait to return, the staff made us feel like we are family.

The staffs are very attentive.

The resort and the rooms are beautiful. But the service was pretty awful from our experience. Staff ks friendly but pointless when it came to basic things. We had a broken light outside of our room entrance and we repeatedly asked them to fix it daily and it was not fixed until our last night after my husband had a stern talk with them. It was dangerous to walk in and out of our room in the darkness, a total safety hazard. Basic things like face clothes were not replenished during cleaning and housekeeping kept the doors opened during service which welcomed a a swarm of mosquitos into our room. If you like a beautiful jungle setting and don’t mind getting eaten alive by mosquitos, then this is your spot!

Very beautiful property, especially the vegetation and the spa. The concierge was excellent as it was the staff serving breakfast. The receptionist was not very attentive, I would say even impolite, showing some frustration amd addressing us with little patience.
