I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night. Dead plants and plastic flower displays outside! Towels were very well used. No housekeeping during a 3 day stay.Wash basin water stayed permanently tepid.Tv came on again immediately after being switched off! All in all in need of a refurb throughout . It’s one saving grace …..my room looked out over a harvested cornfield with visits from possible roe deer early morning ,and pheasants .it COULD be a beautiful little venue with some tlc. I actually left a written statement of its shortcomings . ….not out of malice ,but to show how it would be more comfortable.

Perfect for airport accommodation. Rooms are okay and check in is very easy. Shower is very good. No tv remote in our room. Overall I would recommend for a night and leaving for the airport the next day.

Would highly recommend thus hotel situated in a quiet location but convenient for Luton. Plenty of countryside walks from hotel so could make great use of the bar and garden. Great food too.

Because we were arriving very late the hotel made it possible for us to have access to our room without having the need for staff to wait for us.

As a family we were visiting Luton for a funeral and needed a hotel for the night. We had 2 rooms and both were well appointed with bathroom, twins beds, tv, towels and bedding and coffee & tea making available. Check in was super easy and the price was good. Lots of parking in a lovely little village.

Noisy and old but enough for a night's rest.

Arrived after 1am and left before 10am so did not see any staff members. Had made prior admission arrangements which worked well.

Pictures are old, facility is run down. Tiny rooms and bathroom, thin walls, I heard the person next door fart. Not worth the price at all.

Not clean under beds,mattresses very poor quality,not a very pleasant stay.

Exactly what we needed, driving from Lancashire, before we went to the airport in the morning. The pub and restaurant are great too, particularly the selection and reasonable prices.

Pubic hair in beds. Extremely uncomfortable beds.

Good food good atmosphere and friendly staff room was comfortable for a 1 night stay before flight

The location worked well but the property was extremely noisy late into the night. We had to be on our way at 3am, guests were arriving up until 2am and our room was immediately next to check-in. The floors are all wooden so every footstep felt like it was inside our room. A shame because the location was great and the staff were friendly.

Fairly basic accommodation. Beds not very comfortable. The biggest problem was that there was no Breakfast facility. This wasn't made clear on the booking. The hotel is in a remote village - so no other means of getting a breakfast other than to drive into Luton.

Cant complain about this place but I have a few suggestions for the owner: - halogen (ceiling) direct light is not good for our eyes and are too bright (one halogen failed to work) - night lamp would be helpful and at least one chair in the room - automatic light in the bathroom is a good idea but not if we are forced (no nightlamp) to use it as a nightlight :) - waiting for hot water (tap) is quite annoying - 3 min? come on... - yes, cups should be clean not dirty! Apart from the above minors hotel location is good, green and quiet. But avoid the rooms above the restaurant if youre an early sleeper. Parking is big and free. Price reflect the quality.
