The outdoor setting is beautiful, and the breakfast buffet is good. However, the price/quality ratio is bad, as the bedding is of very poor quality (old and uncomfortable spring mattresses). At this price, one would expect better quality mattresses in a hotel.

The pool are is very nice. The food is subpar. The rooms looked like they were decorated in the 70s. The AC was providing cold air. The fridge wasn't working. Asked for a change of room but was denied.

There was a bad smell in the room was so strong like chemical made me sick to my stomach. I. Had to sleep Slider open to air it. Toilets were not clean air condition was not adequate. Bed was not comfortable. Bed bugs in both our bed and my daughter bed we could feel them biting us. It was awful

This place is amazing! The breakfast can be improved with more options and keeping the food covered. The pool was so clean. Looks like they keep up the place super clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back. The view to the ocean was amazing.

Whilst the place is architecturally attractive and the staff all helpful and professional, it was all completely spoilt by loud thumping, music from the bar, which is open to non residents, until 2 or 3am every night. I was originally in a bungalow about 40m from the bar, but I might as well have tried to sleep under one of the tables in the bar itself. I complained, and the next day was moved to a so-called "luxury villa" slightly further away, but it made little difference. Not really sure how not being able to sleep due to noise constitutes a luxury. Other residents I spoke to had also been unable to sleep, but as they were leaving the next day, they didn't bother to complain. It is clear that the owners and/or management value the trade from the non residents more than from the residents. If it wants to be a holiday camp or nightclub for young people, it should state that on the website and not try to deceive customers into thinking it is an upmarket property. Incidentally, the view from the luxury villa 313 was mainly of a wall and a pile of sand.

Beautiful seaside views. Very quiet as it was the off-season. The included breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel in Tunisia (and I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Tunisia).

Good place to stay, people were nice. But the rooms were a bit run down, and we have a problem with the plumbing. They fixed right away but charged for a room upgrade.

The stay, restaurant and beach in the hotel were fine. But be careful and avoid the restaurant "Le Petit Mousse" in this area.

Nice and calm place. Staff were also welcoming. I recommend the place. A little busy in the afternoon in the summer, but it is usual. The place is not far from the beach. Breakfast is ok. It could be better if they changed the menu a bit.

L’hôtel était très propre et la chambre, particulièrement spacieuse. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et professionnel. J’étais en avance sur l’heure prévue d’arrivée, et la réception a immédiatement pris contact avec l’équipe d’entretien pour que je puisse accéder rapidement à ma chambre : un vrai plus ! Seuls petits inconvénients : l’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la rue principale à pied, et les paysagistes commencent à travailler assez tôt le matin, ce qui m’a réveillé. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Zimmer sind echt super geräumig mit 4 Personen viel Platz. Nur schade das es nur Frühstück gibt... Und keine Halbpension. Die Musik in der Bar am Abend sehr laut bis 1 Uhr und bei offenen Fenster kein Schlaf.

Le monsieur que nous avons vus a la reception en arrivant a été tres gentil et tres professionnel, ainsi que la jeune femme a la reception en partant. L'hotel est situé au bord de mer dans un tres beau cadre reposant tres bien entretenu. Nous avons séjourné plus fois dans cet hotel et nous avons toujours été content. Cette fois ci c'est au niveau du petit déjeuner que c'était catastrophique par rapport au autresannée, tres peu de nourriture sur les plateaux (un oeuf au plat froid posé sur un plateaux)pas de confiture, on nous a fais des œufs au plat et amener de la confiture suite a notre demande a serveur qui essayer de faire de son mieux avec une grande gentillesse. Suite a ma remarque au sujet du jus d'orange industriel imbuvable il nous a apporter 2 verres de jus d'orange pressé, un grand merci a lui . Il y avait dans la salle un monsieur en costume noir chemise blanche qui faisait les mille pas qui était tres désagréable et impoli bizarrement il se precipiter dès que nous approchions du buffet , on se demande quel était son role.... C'est dommage pour un établissement que nous avons toujours apprécié
