Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are noisy as you can literally hear conversations, particularly if people are on their balcony. They compete with music from local restaurant which stops before midnight. Bring ear plugs or maybe hotel should supply! However I question it being 4* - no robes to use. Finally found slippers. No tissues, haircomb or hair conditioner. Shower good but small. Breakfast basic - the ingredients seem poor quality. I asked for an omelette but no, not available. Fried sausages, fried & boiled eggs, fried bacon & chips. Heart attack food. Just sliced white bread - no artisan breads. Some pastries baked off from frozen and who eats cooked carrots for breakfast! Dining staff could be friendlier. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to the right of the hotel. Location ok ish.

Absolute disgrace was not what was shown on pictures at all room is terrible We arrived at hotel late last night from the airport to no parking which stated it had then we had to walk 10 minutes with two children and luggage to another place where our room was as we were told this is where our room was and it was not in hotel shown on picture very disappointing will not be using Expedia again as this was false advertising at its best

The room given was in an Anex nearby, not serviced and for the breakfast you have to go to the actual hotel. A bit disappointed with that, however room was nice and very clean.

The facility is very close to the beach area which is less than 5 minutes walk. The stuff is very nice and helpful. They helped to talk to the local rental car people and also helped to book the taxi for me. The room I had first had AC issue. The stuff changed me to another one. The room I changed was one the busy street side which the noise from the passing traffic was laud to disturb my sleep. The next day when I told the stuff, he changed me to another room on the other side of the facility which I didn’t have any sleep disturbing issues anymore. So I stayed 3 nights in the facility and changed room twice. Thanks for the nice and very helpful stuff caring about the guest’s needs. I will recommend this facility to my friends.

It was okay. Not worth the money I paid though. If you want a hotel out of the busy main strip the location is good. The amenities weren’t the best though and it wasn’t the cleanest.

Overall, a very nice hotel on a quiet street. Parking difficult to find nearby. Comfortable beds but synthetic pillows. Rich breakfast.

Good value for money

Liked the room except for the bathroom which was very small and like a wet room and was slippy. Hotel was in a convenient position form shops and restaurants . Pleasant for a one night stay

Very central. Easy to travel from the hotel to Elli beach, old town and the shopping district. All within a walking distance.

Receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Avoid hotel.

The hotel is very nicely situated, 5min walk from the port and beaches, lots of good restaurants around and convenient supermarkets nearby. Bus was close by, regular and pretty cheap, but cash only and about €6 each, look for numbers 50 or 56. Expedia only gives 2 options when booking, neither are room only, but hotel insisted we had no breakfast included, which was €9 each and basic. No free bottled water in the room as stated either. Property was clean although i had to ask twice for towels after the cleaner had been, and once they were still wet after being replaced. It is a little noisy due to other guests, and people outside, but this is similar in most places i've stayed in Greece. Overall for the price it is a good hotel and would stay there again.
