It was a very nice place room was clean and staff realy friendy breakfast superb would stay there again

Staff were brilliant, food was very good and the price was reasonable. Only issue we had was the WiFi was poor, so streaming was buffering all the time and we found the mattress to hard. Was pet friendly and a great find. Lots to do in the area, and great beaches within 20 minutes.

Clean and comfortable - what more do you want. Good food on site so you don't need to go out if you don't want. Ideal location for exploring this part of Northumberland with the coast, Bamburgh, Alnwick, Berwick etc fairly close. Easy to find, being right on the A1, but traffic noise was minimal and not a problem. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Staff are always fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms clean. Beds comfy. Breakfast gorgeous and plentiful. Ticks all the boxes. Very dog friendly and they'll put you up a table in the bar with your dog so they can sit with you. We always use here. I can't praise them enough.

Food is fantastic here. Staff are friendly. Rooms are adequate size for family. Ample parking outside. Perfect location for exploring!

Convenient, clean and comfortable, with good options for eating, either in the restaurant or the cafe. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to stay here again when passing through.

The room was very clean,Staff where 1st class Emily and all fantastic the food was good for our length of time we were there ,we will definitely go back there if we are ever up that way

Purdy Lodge was ideal for us, room was great with view out to the fields. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, food was great as well. Would definitely stay again

The rooms are very clean, even though it is next to the A1 it is very quiet. The breakfast was nice and staff were helpful.

The room was super clean. Beds really comfy. Quiet witha nice view . The staff wereall friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal there which was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with option of hot or cold menu. Really enjoyed our stay and would definatley stay again

Great for an overnight stay. All the staff were polite & friendly. The food we had, both dinner & breakfast was tasty and the dining area was pleasant. Our room was clean & comfortable. The only issue was with our shower. There was very little water pressure and felt like you were hugging the wall to get under a trickle of water to get clean. It was just enough to wash under, but I was pleased I didn’t need to wash my hair and try to rinse out the suds. It would have taken an age.

From checking in to check out the staff were friendly professional and even when busy were cheerful. Accommodation was clean comfortable and quiet. Access to either restaurant or cafe was easy. Good selection at the bar and meals were great standard.

Lovely stay. Some inconsiderate guests that make a noise can be disruptive but a sound night's sleep had on comfortable beds once they shut up. Anyone taking dogs to the site too.... Take the poo bag to the bins provided! Great breakfast selection and lovely evening meals
