Il est situé au bord de l'eau, avec une vue magnifique. Près de toutes les attractions, restaurants, etc. Le matin, dans les jardins près du lobby on peut faire du yoga, au bord de l'eau. Personnel serviable, très bel endroit.

The breakfast was really good. Plenty of food, served nicely, great selections and the staff was quick to refill and clear dishes. The only complaint was there could have been more towels for a room of four. The cost for on site parking was a little high especially when there was plenty of space

It was so nice being so close to battery park every night we could go down. Watch the boats have a glass of wine on one of the benches. Nobody bugged us that I had a glass of wine in my hand. Great spot to stay with definitely stay again room was big kitchenette. Had everything that we needed plenty of space with a nice couch in sitting area. The housekeeping staff was wonderful always kept up with anything I asked for I would definitely stay there again.

We liked the hotel, upkeep of the room and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was fine. We liked half of our fellow residents; the other half were pushy and took huge amounts of breakfast away with themselves in plastic bags, plastic boxes and on trays! We assumed that they were staying at the hotel but access to non-residents is easy. Hope this helps

Liked the room,amenities and buffet breakfast. Was disappointed that we couldn’t use pool and hot tub Sunday morning before checking out because of maintenance issues.

Some of the dishes were dirty in the room and no body lotion. Everything else great!

Overall great hotel and location. Some small little spots that could use extra attention in the rooms and common areas (if you're like me and pay attention to details) but nothing to complain about too much. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Outstanding stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Great location, excellent service, and a wonderful overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

There was a great selection for breakfast and outdoor seating available in what was once the lounge. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the evening, so it would be a thing for the hotel to consider reopening the lounge! It is walking distance to restaurants and a peaceful park at the waterfront made this a lovely spot for a morning walk. The staff was so helpful when I was unhappy with the view from my room. I was given a room overlooking the water and everything was wonderful.

The Residence is always a lovely room. Great views here, fabulous location, very helpful and friendly staff.
