The negatives we were missing a shower curtain for shower, pillows for the pull out bed, door lock was jiggly, the breakfast was very limited, the fan in bathroom doesn’t turn off. The rooms were not very quiet. Positives were the staff was kind, the beds were comfortable, the family suite was roomy, the location was great. But I would likely pick a new place next time for the price.

Nice clean room, quiet location

The hotel is clean enough, however the property is very rundown. Our room had carpet pulled up and strips of it just sitting around, unattached to anything. The kitchen cabinets were missing doors, etc. Also, the pool was closed so we had to go across the street to the other property, which isn’t too far. There were better options available in this price range for sure.

The hotel is a nice location overlooking downtown and the river. The room was good with comfy beds and bedding. We were travelling with our 65 lb dog, they were very accommodating. The only negative was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4 pm.

The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly. We had two double beds and two couches. The couches were very dirty and need to be cleaned. The beds were quite comfortable. We kept our shoes on as the floor has seen better days. Very limited parking.

The room I got on this visit was not great and the cleaning staff need to work a little harder. They left the shower head pointed outside of the shower so the bathroom ended up soaked when I started the shower. The towel shelf is in such a bad spot that I have a big bruise on my shoulder because I hit it sitting up from the toilet. I stayed in 2 different rooms recently and both have fridges that are so loud that I ended up unplugging them and leaving my food in a cooler.

My room had a really old smell to it, that was very hard, and the washroom exhaust sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. There was no hot continental breakfast, even though it was advertised.
