We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bradford and, unfortunately, it was just as filthy as previous visits. The shower curtain was brown with dirt and stains, and we had to request that it be changed. This should never have been left for guests to deal with in the first place. The staff didn't seem welcoming or interested, often just sitting behind reception pulling faces rather than offering good customer service. The lobby was full of homeless people lingering for long periods, and there was a strong smell of urine throughout the lobby, in the lifts, and even outside the hotel. It created a very unpleasant first impression and made the whole place feel neglected. Housekeeping appear to do the bare minimum, and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is extremely poor. It feels as though this hotel has no pride in its cleanliness, maintenance, or the experience it provides for guests. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Location of hotel was good - walking distance to most places including the train stations and really close to the museum. Hotel didn't offer dental kits. No mini-bar or fridge in the room either. Only stayed for 1 night so was okay.

Booked this after reading mixed reviews and so glad I did. Superior Room on 7th floor was excellent with great views and was clean and in good order throughout. Air conditioning was spot-on. Great hotel, handy for the theatre, good breakfast and decent price. All good, would recommend and use again.

Excellent location; the hotel is within 10-15 walking distance to the railway stations. The bed is clean; the room is spacious; it makes a big different that there's a kettle, tea bags, and mugs in the room. There are minor stains on the bathroom walls and the sofa. The key cards needed to be updates everyday to enable me to access the elevator. These issues did not bother me and can be fixed easily.

Great hotel opposite Bradford Live venue. Nice old pub just up from it too. Definitely return here

The property looks great and welcoming, The staff was ok, but I think they can show more care and interest to their customers needs. You can not leave an item in the room and you come ask two hours late there's no one knows about it.

Had an amazing stay. The bed was so comfortable. And even with it being a heatwave the room was nice and cool. Close to town.

Every thing is ok staff at the restaurant at breakfast on Saturday morning is not good the male staff is better the lady staff is not very friendly or helpful otherwise we’re happy with the stay
