Hotel was very clean so big plus for that. Free coffee and filtered water in lobby which is appreciated. Staff at check in were not top of their game. Gave no information on pool, dining, etc. My husband asked for directions to room after she handed us our key cards, but she had already moved on to something else. Luckily, it was marked well. Pool, also very clean and refreshing. Although, signage says to ask for towels at desk(info on guest directory and pool area) but they were actually available poolside. Room was nice but so noisy, every time someone in other rooms used their taps etc , you would think it was in your bathroom. Late last night, lots of loud talking and thumping. And guest directory that is available on the tv is outdated. Still shows spa as an amenity, been closed for 6 years. No access to Netflix or other apps. However, again I will say, very clean lobby and rooms. And bathroom toiletries were amazing.
