The swimming pool was dirty, and the elevators took too long. My wife was not happy about the swimming pool being dirty because she wanted to swim. My wife and me we observed that some of the carpet in the hallways was ripped. The ice machine on the 5th floor was not working.

Hotel location and security around area was okay, but after purchasing the unlimited parking pass to gain in & out access, the pass never worked and had to get a new one every time I came back to the hotel. The towels in the room never got replaced with new ones and the floors were very dirty because you can feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet after taking a shower and would need to get a towel to wipe the dirt off my feet before putting on my socks. Room service is quick, food is average but depends on what you order, but a little too pricey for the quality of food they offer.

AC malfunction, handle on toilet didn't work, was beoken. Had to take 2 elevators to get into the room. Won't be staying here anymore:(

Breakfast is great, Hotel is right next to the University , has many good options of restaurants near by . The hotel needs a little renovation and they need to fix the elevators

Everything was good except that I was looking for a small towel to wash my face and I couldn’t find one and also the soap or shampoo it spell rancid the light I had to put the key. Other than that it was good

Breakfast buffet very good, centric. Hotel needs a revamp.

Great service the bus boy returned, which is a great plus which made the hotel a lot better because he would always greet you at the door and ask if you need help with your luggage prior to the other employee was there always on the phone did not even knowledge you know how or how you’re doing. It’s great that they have the original bus boy back.

Hotel muy bien ubicado

El hotel está localizado dentro de una plaza que cuenta con varias opciones de comida, bares, farmacia, Oxxo, bancos y algunas boutiques. Siempre estuvo muy limpio y el área se sentía muy segura. Todo quedaba a no más de 20 minutos por carro. El personal siempre muy atento y amable.

They encourage you to save water but it takes about 10 minutes for the water to get warm. The hotel needs love but looks like they already trying to remodel. We like the area and will probably stay here again in the future
