L auberge était bien mais sans plus la chambre été correcte sauf la salle de bien, la douche réparé avec un plastique coller sur la tuile présence de moisissures coins du bain et sur le mûre je m attendait pas à 5 étoiles mais un peu plys propre déjeuner étais bien mais vaisselles pas propre faut vérifier souvent ce que l ont prend.mais pour juste dormir ça va sans plus. A vous de la découvrir. La seul chose que moi j aurais mentionné c est les travaux que la rue comporte rue fermée mal indiquée coupure la 1 première jour jusqu à 16h cela aurait été bien d avertir la clientèle de cela comme ça pas surprise. La fille au front desk a dite qu un message avait été envoyé mais pas vrai elle cherchait à dire n importe quoi pour excusé mais les clients averti se sentent moins déçu mais bon à voué de voir

Tout était bien, le petit déjeuner et les cafés aussi. Les draps sont cependant très inconfortable et ne tiennent pas sur le lit comme il faut.

Comfy bed but lots of dust on walls in room and dirty stained carpets in hallways. Noisy due to construction on street outside

My son went to the pool 3 times during our stay. The pool water looked cloudy. On the drive back home to Ottawa yesterday my son was saying he wasn't feeling well. When we got home he went straight to the toilet to vomit. Today he had a fever all day and spent most of the day in the bathroom.

The breakfast is good

Room was clean! Someone was topping up the breakfast items as people grabbed them. Overall great stay! Also had free parking

The room had a Dusty table and curtains, Staff was good. We had a challenge to not speak French, but they were okay to communicate with us in English. Breakfast was good. Didn't had option for sandwich but they have varieties.

I’m super confused by people who rate this hotel as exceptional. It is mediocre. Expect stairs, If that is a problem go elsewhere. You have to climb stairs to get to the lobby. The walls are extremely thin both exterior and interior. It is not quiet. The grout/caulking in our tub/shower was pretty nasty - the worst I have seen in a hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby always had something that wasn’t working. The breakfast our last day was great, but very limited options the other days and quite dirty. This hotel might be a good option for budget travellers with low expectations (which we thought we were), with that said we wouldn’t book this place again.

Le personnel sont vraiment gentil, très serviable, le déjeuner est ok. J’étais déçu qu’il y avait des muffins qu’un matin, des beagles auraient été apprécié, mais section déjeuner étaient propre et chaleureux. On a utilisé l’espace desjeuné pour manger notre souper. Cependant, les lieux étaient mal propre. Des files de poussières au plafond, du moisi sur la climatiseur/chaufrette, les hauts de rideaux avaient épais de poussière, la piscine avaient un gros cerne brun autour et l’eau n’avait pas l’aire propre du tout.

Very good hotel in reasonable location on good bus routes for centre of city. Breakfast good with lots available to eat from slightly limited menu. Still very good value. Would recommend this hotel.
