The room was clean , the staff was great ,the breakfast was great and the pool was terrific.

Honestly. Even tho the building looks old and all. And furniture might look old. But the rooms were very clean and spacious. He allowed me to check in at 9am at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. Just the building is old l.

Breakfast area is large. They have warm potatoes, eggs, and sausage. Yogurt, cereal, apples, and toast/bagels. Coffee was good. Nice pool, no posted pool times so when they unlock it it does not mean it’s open. No parking, you chance getting a ticket in the no parking zone.

Room is clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is sufficient, additional fruits maybe would be much better. Just noisy door when open and close. And the mirror is a little bit awkward beside the wall next to your bed. But it’s still good to stay as a traveller.

Tap from sink was broken and should be fixed. Pool area had a terrible smell. This was probably a nice hotel 20 years ago but is very outdated.

It is old building, where people were smoking weed outside. We booked two rooms and there was some one already in our room even we checked in around 10 pm. Not a place for families, inside room was acceptable. Breakfast was ok too., nothing special.

Taps were not secure, deadbolt did not work and staff did not care at all when we mentioned it. Had to wait outside the front door for a long while late at night because there was not enough staff. Overall it felt dingy and rundown, renovations weren't even finished in our room. At the very least the beds seemed clean but I still wouldn't stay here again.

Pool, hot tub, breakfast were all good. Price was good also.

Leftover food found in the fridge which may be left by previous guest. This place needs a lot of work and upgrades. Staff was cooperative.

Price was right hot tub was excellent after the long drive from Jasper. Beds were comfy the 3/4 size fridge was very handy.

The room had both an outside door and an inside door to a hotel corridor Both doors had gaps in them so it was very noisy. Outside noises and inside noises from the proximity to the ice machine woke my wife up at 2:30 in the morning.

It was a fine stay, just hard to sleep with all the slamming doors upstairs, they aren’t self close they all need to be slammed to shut, it’s a busy place with a lot of oilfield guys leaving at 4-5am for work, lots of hallway noise, don’t get a room upstairs next to the outdoor exit. Other than that was good.
