The room felt more like an empty room that had three beds. The remote was not user friendly. The towels were not very soft. The shower had mildew stains and shower head was a little rusty. If you have problem with balance, be careful. The showers are slippery and nobody will hear you call for help. Do not give tips. They add them to your receipt. I double paid for mine and the waiter made up some silly excuse for it.

Breakfast was great. Amazing coffee.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of ​​the city with a great view of the Cali River. The rooms with city views are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff were attentive, friendly, and had a wonderful service attitude. I would like to especially thank Mrs. Doris Quiroga and Mr. Henry Crespo for helping us with something we mentioned at the beginning of our stay. They resolved it immediately, and their attitude made us know we were in the right place. Thank you for your hospitality, and we hope to return soon.

Me encanta el desayuno..sobretodo las sopas..pensaria que deberian tenr el pan calientico.o con la opcion de clentarlo...el pan y el pandebono..en genreal.. poner un pequeño tostador.seria buena opcion.. la comida en general es delicoosa....toda.. caene. pasta empandaitas ..loos friots..todo.. .una sugerencia que note esta vez.. es que la comida tiene en genral mucha sal..debe bajarle a la cantida de sal..aunque a mi me gusta la sal..esta vez me pedi un ceviche ..y estaba super salado...tambien la salsa de los cmarones...en el palto de mi novio...encocado...en general todo es rico..pero pueden poner menos sal..y que cada persona le agrege.. es solo cometarios construtivos..Yo adoro ir a este hotel he ido por muchos años... amo ir alla...amo las Luladas enveneandas son las mejores de CALI y de COlombia...como las preparan alli...No hay Gracias por todo
