The location was ideal--close to the train, in the older, more interesting part of town. Our room was OK--the carpet was worn and had some stains on it. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was strange--separate comforters on a king size bed, and we were unable to choose to make it into a sheet only, so were either too hot or too cool. The included breakfast was quite extensive and much appreciated. We hadn't packed converters for the electric outlets, and the receptionist was very kind to lend us 2 of them for the room. We had a very nice meal at the adjoining Bishop's Arms restaurant. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Excellent location with wonderful staff! The gym and trainer options were great! The room was nice with large windows and a/c. The room could use a deep clean as dust and markings were visible along ledges and on curtains. Breakfast had plenty to choose.

Great selection at breakfast both of food and drinks, restocked well by the staff. Room was great but had a few Marks on the carpet etc, nothing that affected our stay. Location is perfect for exploring Malmo on foot

We had a wonderful time in Malmö staying at this hotel! It was clean, central, friendly staff, and such a cosy pub next door.

Lovely room, convenient location, great breakfast. About the only downside was music from a bar that lasted until 1 am, but only 1 or two rooms can hear it.

Firstly, breakfast is phenomenal. I'd stay here again just for that. This was my first time in Sweden so I don't know if a spread like that is typical but it was great. Rooms were okay; not too tiny, comfy beds. Carpet has seen better days, toilet paper was a mild form of sandpaper but otherwise comfy enough. Again, let me just say: breakfast.

Excellent rooms, minibar, bed, breakfast. Downsides were bloodstains on the bed and raw soft-boiled eggs at breakfast.
