Excellent hotel in a great location in the city

Great stay, local to everything

Amazing service from the staff, the room was clean and beds were so comfortable. The hotel location is perfect, very central and walking distance to alot of great sites.

Fantastic area staff really attentive, very clean, my only complaint is that the room windows don't open at all to allow a little fresh air

All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the proximity to the city centre. Although there were pubs all around us, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Great location in the centre of bars and restaurants. Amazing welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are small but very well appointed with mini kitchens, comfy beds, great hot shower and Molton Brown toiletries. We loved the complimentary drink and snacks in the lounge every evening. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway.

Everything was spot on. Especially for the price. I was also upgraded to allow for an early check in at no extra cost.
