The amazing reception ladies allowed me to check in early which was greatly appreciated

This is an excellent hotel at a great price . I stayed in a small double room which suited my needs well . The whole hotel is well maintained , modern and has very friendly staff. The rooms have good aircon and the small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink and tea/coffee facilities is an amazing idea that more hotels should follow. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

Great central hotel, very relaxed. A nice touch was welcome drinks in the lounge at 6pm. Room very comfortable- loved our time in Liverpool

First time for us at this modern hotel and it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Liverpool post cruise. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave great local advice. The hotel felt very safe & secure, no one could just wander in. A hotel key card is needed for the doors and elevator. Our room was great, very clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept 12hrs the first night! The room had a mini kitchen, smart tv, huge wardrobe, safe & ironing board. Bathroom was huge but a walk in shower would have been easier for us both. I should have checked. This was a room only basis but there are loads of eateries nearby. Highly recommend The Wreck for breakfast, just 50m away. We would stay at The Resident Liverpool again.

We were away for a girlie break myself, my sister and cousin. We were blown away with the great standard of the hotel. It's Accommodation which was perfect and you could not fault the cleanliness. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we would happily recommend the Resident Hotel to anyone coming to have a great time in the beautiful city of Liverpool.

Location great and the building is lovely. Great facilities, but the character of the building is preserved. Quiet. Room excellent value as spacious and with a mini kitchen, but this was hidden out of the way and so not unsightly. Some staff very friendly and helpful, others less so. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a big size as was the bed. It was lovely and comfortable and I liked the addition of the fridge etc.
