The hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood and plenty of restaurants, cafes around. In BA it’s super easy to get around by bus but you have to know which stop to get off because there’s no announcement. There are plenty of bussed around and you can cake subway line D to get to places. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast buffet is great from 7am to 11am. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly; and they speak excellent English. They gave us many recommendations and they are wonderful.

I have never experienced better hospitality than at this sweet hotel. I was so wonderfully looked after - the general manager was waiting for me with birthday treat at midnight! All the staff are lovely, helpful and attentive. Rooms are well maintained and clean, there is a nice pool and the AC works well.

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star is the noise. Our room was right above the dining area and it was quite noisy. Other than that, the location was perfect and hotel was great.

Staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious, good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and very walkable area. Metro is about 15min walk. Only little thing is that the street we faced with our room can be a bit noisy when trucks or loud cars drive by.

Fabulous and charming boutique in the middle of the big city. I loved everything about this hotel and staff was very kind and top notch. Get the room with the jacuzzi and terrace....very special

The staff was absolutely outstanding!! The check in was easy, they allowed me to store my bags and then they gave me an early check in, and put my bags in my room!! They gave me suggestions for several different things and were so kind and helpful. Muchas gracias

Nice boutique hotel in the middle of Palermo Hollywood, clean spacious rooms with good amenities, pool very nice on a hot day , breakfast ok,
