Better than the St George’s Hotel.

Excellent location close to the pier and an easy, flat walk into the centre of Llandudno or along the promenade. Friendly staff who were helpful without being intrusive allowing a very relaxing experience. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of options. Very clean and nicely decorated property. Very comfortable bed and good amenities in room. Lovely outdoor seating/eating area for when the weather is nice with great views over the bay and the promenade. As mentioned by the hotel when booking, there are some steps to the front of the property (although there is a lift to all floors once inside) and there is very limited parking directly outside, although we easily managed to find parking less than a 10 minute walk away. We were very impressed by our stay and would certainly recommend the property. We had a room at the rear of the hotel but I can imagine the view from the rooms at the front are amazing.

This quest house is excellent location with lovely view over the prom, they have everything from shoe horn, bath robes, cotton wool pads,ear buds, coffee,tea,water, shamppoo,conditioner,body wash, moisturiser,flannel,hairdryer ,the breakfast is fab they have thought of everything,their book in the room for info is also fab and much more, excellent stay.

When arrived we could only park at the more expensive parking bit but wasn't too far.we knew there was charges for parking.the more the time carried on the more it got further away and harder but we did still manage to park.on arrival at place the guy was smiley and friendly.we got to the room and wasn't too bad but not quite sure as time went on that we felt homely to be in our rooms.when reading a welcome book I wasn't sure if I felt safe or unsafe with details about safety issues they've had at the place and lots of police about at the beginning!!.but while we were there and more the time went on we were fine.we did have a big issue with the shower which what I thought was a hair but was actually a crack!!.water going through it and also was worried we would go through!.we were fine though.the shower took ages to heat up or get right for ages but we did manage to sort it.the pressure wasn't very good but it was good to have plenty of toiletries bits to use at hand.i did try the coffee and kettle but only once as the coffee wasn't very nice.shame.also I had to try and clean the glass as it seemed to have alot of white powder stuck and alot to the glass and think even washing it under the tap my drink still seemed like tuff was still in it!!.not sure what it was.there was some stains but not too bad on the bedding.it was good for asking us choice for bedding but I ended up being allergic to it soo I won't choose that again.the usb blue light right by the bed kept us awake!!!

Check in was a breeze. Staff (owners) were very helpful......and lots of fun. We had a large room with a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. GREAT views!! Breakfast was made to order and had lots of choices. As to Llandudno........what a beautiful Victoria resort town!! MANY things to do and great areas to visit.

Our stay has been absolutely brilliant, the room was very clean with all homely touches, the breakfast was very good with a fabulous choice, there's a well stocked licenced bar and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly staff, would highly recommend the hotel

Can not fault the hotel, staff, room or food everything was lovely. If I had to pick one fault it would be the steps to the hotel but they aren't bad the view from the front room is amazing.

Lovely big room and bed. Excellent sea view. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely clean sheets & towels. Good position for pier and the town.

The only good thing of this place, was the lady serving breakfast, and the breakfast. Apart from that, customer service was very poor, the elderly man managing the place was unhelpful, not understanding, quite rude and somewhat aggressive when a refund was requested due to an emergency. Overall, the guest house stunk, is outdated, the rugs were dirty and the room looked a show. The windows were dirty by the seagulls feces, the heating was not working during the night, and the bed was sunken in. It was soo irritating that i couldn't sleep on it, and sat down on the chair the whole night!

Great view of course! And near to pier and travel buses,shops and restaurants ext, unfortunately we arrived late so didn't benefit enough of the view, but still enjoyed our stay

It was perfect

This was our 3rd stay at the view. As always, room was very clean and comfortable & the family who own the property are very welcoming. The breakfast is superb. We would not stay anywhere else, they work so hard to make your stay a relaxing one.
