Great location

On arrival was told air con not working, they did put portable fans in room it was fixed on day 4. Expedia site said pool view room we got the back of commercial building view. We did not use balcony because of this it was very inviting. We would have booked other accommodation if we knew this was the view. Great area to stay in Kirra though.

I have submitted a formal complaint as our 2br apartment was absolutely filthy and the flooring very unsafe (Slippery film across the tiles), furniture was very old and worn (eg: leather lounge seat torn & outdoor table peeling paint and rusty). I would never stay at this property again. The photos on the website are nothing like the apartment we were allocated.

Very happy with all aspects of our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Heating was a bit noisy but worked well once you learned to use it.

This property was close to most restaurants and cafes.

Super friendly and helpful staff at check-in and check-out. Excellent views. Perfect for a family holiday.

Close to walking trail fabulous food outlet especially Burger & Coctail great under ground parking .Great view.

Great stay at Cooli Rocks time.Big comfy apartment 4 bedrooms. Fantastic location just walked around the road to all the fun. Lovely views of the beautiful beach. Pool was very cold so sad for kids and me but otherwise a perfect place for a family holiday

Dirty, loud, tooth brush left in shower and stains all over bedding. Comfy bed was the only positive

The property was adequate for our two night stay. It was on the ground floor so we were very vigilant about security. Although the apartment was dated, it had everything we required for a couple of nights. Premium Foxtel was a bonus as was the ability to cast from our own streaming services. Underground secure parking was handy. Location was walking distance to the beach and lots of dining options. Woolies was a 16 minute walk away. We would consider staying here again in future but would try to get an apartment higher up.

We had the penthouse. Lovely and roomy.

Property is not bad but needs some update and the aircon sounds like an airplaine. Friendly people though.

It was such beautiful unit, us and the kids absolutely enjoyed, we felt like home. Very clean and had everything that I would may need with 3 kids!

Roomy, family friendly, great view. Kids loved the pool & spa area. Close to local shops with a few coffee spots within a 5 min or less walk. Great spot for a sunrise or sunset walk along the beach.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Stove and oven didn't work properly.

The unit was large and had screens which is great for little kids. The spa was a hit. And just a very short walk to the beach. Awesome!
