A decently sized room for a reasonable budget, next to Pratunam Market. Easy access to everything, lots of hidden gems. Food and snacks are plentiful nearby.

For those wishing to explore other attractions in Bangkok, you might consider hotels in areas like the riverside or near ICONSIAM. It is somewhat pricey, but worth it. There are many affordable hotels in Bangkok, and a unique feature of the city is its accessibility via waterways, in addition to the ARL, BTS, and road networks.

The room is okay, but some shower equipment looks too old, like the towel.

For my first time in Bangkok, it was great. The rooms were spacious, and the shopping location was great. One room only fits two people, with extra beds available. Finding food was very easy.

The AC is noisy! Can't sleep. The room smells.

Only Wi-Fi and the bathroom is lacking, the shower leaks.

Overall, the hotel is excellent.

We stayed for a week, but even though our laundry was placed in the room, packed, and given a note about cleaning, it wasn't serviced. We had to take it to the front desk. 😂 Everything else was fine.

Never been to another hotel. I always stay at the First House Hotel when I go to Bangkok because the rooms are excellent in every way.
