Unsafe shower and bathtub. Mold on the walls in the bathroom.

Tired hotel, but helpful staff, comfortable bed and very clean room. The hotel has a planning notice outside, so it appears to be changing use at some time in the future

Absolutely fantastic as normal. We love staying at the Royal Beacon Hotel. The staff are all so lovely, rooms kept to a high standard. Great location.

Great views, good staff, good food

I love staying in this beautiful old hotel. It is a stones throw from the town and beach with beautiful views across the sea to Torbay and beyond. Breakfasts are fantastic and catered for my weird veggie dairy free diet with ease. The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Oh and my two dogs love it as well.

Lovely room. Staff great. Very clean.

The room was okay the bathroom was dirty outdated, no bath mate was provided, could hear people from other rooms. But the view was excellent

Stayed 3 times at The Royal Beacon over the last 2 months. Room and breakfast perfect. Staff likewise. Will be returning in November. Keep up the good work!

No parking. Good location but hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. Overpriced for what we got.

Friendly service and we really appreciated the upgrade to the sea view! Great location and convenient for the beach. Some of the decor was a bit dated, but all was spotlessly clean and we felt very welcome.
