Cordial staff. Didn’t ask for room service because of musical instruments in room. Could have use an extra garbage bag at bottom of can, to change it myself. I could have asked for a bag but didn’t. Otherwise was great visit.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you, Nathaly

Lovely stay here, excellent position close to everything. Beautiful view, great coffee and donuts every day. The staff on the desk were exceptional and couldn't be more helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The staff was great and the room was recently painted. The hotel on the other hand needs a lot of love. The beds are like marshmallows, the furniture is very old and in terrible shape, loose flooring tiles and moldy caulking in the bathroom. Noise is also a factor. This may seems picky but this hotel should be in much better shape for the price. I will be looking elsewhere if I plan a getaway in that area in the future.

Staff is amazing. Always so kind!! Anything we needed. They even help carry my bags to our room!! Never had that service before. Girl trip with my mother yearly here. Will never stay anywhere else in St Andrews.

Pros- Beautiful view from personal balcony, updated bathroom, good price, staff was extremely kind. Cons- Pool was cold, my room did not lock (lock was broken).

Really lovely helpful staff. The hotel is gradually being renovated, our room on the 2nd floor had comfy beds and bedding, a beautifully renovated bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker . The drawers were a little dated but serviceable . Fabulous views, great location. The pool was available but unheated, we gave it a try and it was fine . Coffee available all day and in the morning yogurts and doughnuts . Thanks to everyone there who were so friendly

Amazing view with the balcony on the ocean!!!

The staff were so very accommodating and kind, but the rooms just felt dirty and not well cleaned. Stains on various bedding and upholstery and the bed skirts around the bottom of each bed looked as though they have never been washed. The plumbing was not ideal either. We were thankful they offered us another room.

Rooms seemed recently renovated with complete update to the bathroom. Also new drywall, trim & paint in rest of the room. What was missing was somewhere to hang or hook jackets as there was no closet

Rooms were not very clean, showers were dirty, not 100% sure if they actually wash the bedding after each use, Floors were sticky, Pool was freezing cold. Cable box was dangling from TV and had to be fixed. Great View but the property lacks hygiene standards and could use a good cleaning team. Complimentary coffee, yogurt and donuts in the morning but the lack of cleanliness was not easy to look past

I loved the location! Very quiet and an easy walk to everything. Coffee 24 hours and the patio or balcony facing the ocean in every room. I will stay here again!!!

A must stay for when you are visiting St. Andrews. Gorgeous view and big rooms.

The location on the water was the best part of this inn. The view from the room was beautiful. The three star rating is due to the amenities. The pool water was freezing cold, the hallway smelled of smoke (there were people smoking in their rooms and the smell came into the hallway) and the stairs to the room were steep and hard to carry luggage down. The room itself was clean.

Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip this was by far the best. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, so much to do close by and that view
