Expensive for room only, paid £222. Room in need of update and maintenance. Could not get TV on without entering my email address. The room was on the ground floor behind the pub and very noisy until all guests left about 11.30

Room was clean and bed comfortable train station for train into london only a 10 min walk with hotel located in the middle of Berkhamptead high street will stay again

Situated on the high street, lovely spacious room. Staff were helpful & friendly . Great choice for breakfast which was cooked to order. We also had lunch which was good quality Only downside was parking wasn’t straightforward

The rooms overall were very clean except for the carpet which was nasty looking. The hallways outside of the room were not very appealing nor was the building itself. Mostly the staff made up for this.

Although the room was relatively clean, I did not feel safe not having a locking out door especially after recent incidents at Travelodge The hot water was lukewarm and hardly running out of the main sink tap Mattress was lumpy not that comfortable mould in shower on ceiling. Staff are very friendly unfortunately this is a very tired accommodation walls incredibly thin. For a pub with rooms, it’s on the expensive side

Breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly. Lovely area but property is over priced.

Manager didn't turn up in the morning, so staff were waiting outside, unable to get in, so no breakfast, another guest and I waited then had to leave without breakfast. Disgraceful

Lovely room but woken up early by barrel delivery which was very noisy just below our window.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed it and had a very warm welcome. They had some works going on at breakfast which was very noisy but I asked the chap if we could have 15 mins to have a breakfast and he was very accommodating to pause for a tea break!

Good central location and nice staff but condition of the room was a bit shabby. Big crack in the wall, marks on carpet and bathroom not as clean a i would expect. I did go for the basic level room and the bed was comfortable

Just stopped one night. The room was lovely. The bed was far too hard for me and hurt my back. The food was good. The location was brilliant.

Pub was nice, very busy midweek. Food was delightful. I travel a lot for business and breakfasts like that are few and far between. Room was tired and basic. Water in shower was constantly between warm and cold. Bed was like a slab of concrete.

Pretty good, rooms are bit simple but sufficient and as there's a pub there's some noise outside. But overall pleased, especially with breakfast. Biggest issue was the far car park.

Really nice little hotel. Amazing food, and great range of drinks. Cozy bar area too. Room is old, but it's an old building, so looks the part.

Staff and main facility are good but the room is noisy, hand driers from the restaurant toilets are clearly heard in the room until late and theres a lot of noise throughout the night and early morning.

Room was adequate - nothing special but fine for a night. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good - both choices and the food. Lack of parking a nuisance. The local multistorey is not expensive but still a hassle.
