Avoid this hotel - you will be incredibly disappointed! Service/staff - Reception staff were inflexible and un accommodating Rooms - We booked a double room and it was tiny & overlooking the car park/busy road! The photos made it look amazing, but it was basic, small - ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast isn’t even included and is offered at an additional 22 EUR per person. - Constant noise in the room of the water system / air con - Cigarette buts left in ash tray on balcony table - Bathroom door handle fell off on arrival - Terrible weak/cramped shower and plastic cups in the bathroom - not premium at all Amenities/Pool - Small underwhelming pool with cramped sun loungers & to top this off, our final day was spoilt by two content creators that the hotel had brought in to create content to promote the hotel. They were having a full photo shoot for hours, taking up an entire side of the pool/limited number of sun loungers, disturbing other guests and making us feel uncomfortable. They made it clear they wanted other guests to move out of their photos, meanwhile the hotel staff were focusing on making sure they had nice fresh jugs of water and ice, but when other guests wanted things by the pool, no one was around. Overall 1/10 definitely not 4*. There are so many incredible places to stay in the area of Lourmarin, avoid staying here!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walk into the town. Staff are exceptional

The location is convenient. The room was right up front, with a window located right at a door so no privacy. Other rooms probably better. This was the room called La Pistache. Avoid if you can.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful town.

Room was good. Location of the Inn was great. Lourmarin is a great town to visit.

We had the loveliest stay in this Central Luberon Valley. This was a great location to visit surrounding villages from. The bilingual staff were charming and very helpful with guidance regarding where to focus our trip. Our room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable.

We arrived late so no contact with staff. In the morning they were friendly. Person in spa was a bit unfriendly when I asked question. No one thought to mention that it was market day in town before we left.

Great stay for a wedding

Nice hotel, the pool area is beautiful, the spa is very relaxing, perfect location and great staff.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot, just outside the beautiful village of Lourmarin. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby villages of the Luberon. The only hairdryer was one of the hotel-type hairdryers fixed on the wall in the bathroom, so not ideal.

We had a great stay! Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean. Lourmarin is a cute, small town. It was a nice, quiet change of pace from our prior travels to Nice and Cannes. If you are here on a Friday, you must go to the market in town. Highly recommend.

Fantastic little hotel in Lourmarin. Excellent for getting about into town and for exploring Luberon and Provence more generally. Staff were exceptionally helpful and the pool was fantastic.

Great location hotel needs some TLC pricing is off for what you get. The town is extremely unique and beautiful and walkability is perfect !! Sean.

The staff is amazing!

This is a wonderful hotel with a pool in a beautiful small village in Provence, France. Our family suite was well equipped and very clean. The location is amazing!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Lovely courtyard. Our room was small and dark though, and opening the window or curtain meant no privacy with other guests using the walkway to the pool/patio literally right outside it. 3 stars overall because of the room.

WiFi didn’t work which was so sad as there was a 7pm curfew. No satellite TV no English channels only French. So it wasn’t great to be stuck in a hotel room with these issues. Dogs are €15 Small and €25 Large not €10/pet as was specified by hotels.com. I wasn’t offered a discount or anything complimentary for the WiFi and TV problems.

Balcony door was broken so it was unable to be locked while we were there. Safe was broken (this was repacked for us) Spa was closed. Pool was not heated (the details stated it would be heated from 14th May). No cooked option for breakfast. No drinking water on offer in reception area etc other than buying bottles. However the hotel was in a good location and room was pleasant.

We stayed here for a wedding which was in Pertuis. Pretty nice experience with the staff, they accomodated an early check in, which was good, and were very helpful with a couple of things we needed. However the hotel was a little aged and in need of a refurbishment. The room was ok, but felt the bed was a little old and the fittings quite aged. For example only one plug by my side of the bed, so it was either have the lamp on, or have my phone charger in. Wouldn't mind those things but we paid about €150 a night, which for being October and therefore off-season we felt this was high compared to other options perhaps. But would recommend if you need an average bed for the night, don't book for luxury.
