Property is in a great area fabulous dining around!! Overall nice but I think it needs a renovation to keep up with other hotels around the property!! We have been in this hotel in the past for several days and we had a great experience with the service, today we missed that!! Thank you!!

The room was clean The staff very friendly

Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was great. Especially the vallet parking. The food that is there to purchase wasn’t. Food arrived cold. And hamburger wasn’t cooked throughly.

Breakfast was basic but enough. The chips for the chilaquiles were old. No plugs available to charge my phone in the room. I had to move the night table to connect it where the lamp was. In the morning I found out there were many hairs on my bed, long hairs. That was disgusting. Service offered by staff was amazing. Attentive and promptly. Internet was okay. Sometimes slow, but functional.

The bathtub clogged when I went to take a shower. I was woken up at 4 a.m. because the maid's quarters were next door. The pillows are uncomfortable.

Funny reception,I was asked to pay the stay on arrival for a the first time in my memory. Second funny thing, someone tried to get in our room at night and I called for security and I was told “there is not security staff right now”. Seemingly and happily it was a drunk fellow who got the wrong room. Anyway it is a business medium class hotel without pretension
